Overall it’s what you would expect from a Home Depot. Give 5 stars because the employees are always friendly and accommodating. Also, any time I have used the restroom it’s been clean.

A very helpful hardware store which sells almost everything one would need for their home. The staff is friendly here and the check out lines are shorter usually

I love this place. Everyone is extremely knowledgable, the place is well-kept and clean. Home Depot typically has a great ambience in the store - everything is well-lit and shopping is fun. I had a cart with a lot of stuff in it and a friendly store associate named Ron walked over to me as I was unloading everything and he came and held my cart while I was taking stuff off to balance it so it wouldn't roll off. He then took the cart back once I loaded everything in my car. Thank you sir! It was very nice of you and I hope to see you again!

Help was awesome and found my needs quickly there

I went in for a specific item. The associate I met inside the door took me right to the item. I got what I needed and was checked out quickly. The store was clean and well stocked. I did see several other items and i will be going back to check out this weekend.

After placing an order online, which I apparently screwed up, Home Depot employees in the flooring department and service counter, straightened everything out and I was able get the job completed.

I wanted compliment Tia on excellent customer service and taking the time to help me locate the product I needed. She went above and beyond!! Thank you it was very appreciated.

There is a worker named Brett that works at the location on Airport. He's one of the few employees that will actually help find things in the store. He goes the extra mile by looking on shelves for items yet to be restocked. I appreciate his work ethic, it's rare to find these days. Thanks Brett!

Sad that I live in Detroit Michigan and went to the Home Depot in Dearborn Michigan only to get no help and customer service was a joke but not in Ohio customer service was not only very helpful but the employees went far and beyond in helping me 💪 find what I need! 💯

They have everything I need and it's in stock most days. Love the fact they have Milwaukee M18 and M12 tools in stock and carry great deals. Staff is friendly and always ask if I'm finding everything I need.

I was visiting to purchase some wiring. This elderly guy was talking to a customer on the phone, and checked to see if I needed help. I told him that I was looking for wire, It wasn't his department, but he took me tonthe department and made sure that I got the Assisstants I needed. Awesome service!...the checkout salesperson was soooo friendly. She was 👍 great.

Great place for home improvement. Lumber prices seem to be lower than others. And I really like the husky products. I purchased a tool box combo over 10 years ago and it still works and looks new.

Had to get replacement shovel handles here shaking my head. I like home Depot the one that's on airport they give me good service there thumbs up. I give five stars for service two stars for pricing I know it's not their fault but it is what it is.

Bowling Green Home Depot staff is always friendly and helpful. Can find what you need, prefer Home Depot over Lowes.

I went to this location on Airport next to Holland Sylvania. I was greater by employee Kari, let me just say this, very professional at her job! Kari made sure I was getting the help I needed and any questions answered!! She offered me a larger cart and helped load my car and gave me plastic to lay down!! Thank you Kari in Garden!!!
