Had a great experience in the paint department. They matchee the 5 gallon paint price with individual gallons to be able to tint the color I needed. Great service!

Went in for a small grout flooring project. Was having trouble finding the ready to use grout and sealer for the project. Will [a new associate at the Airport Highway Location] offered to help me without asking, and went above and beyond! Will also helped with getting the tools and equipment for the project too. I would of never known he was a new associate if he would not of mentioned it. He had great energy, a friendly smile, and the eagerness to help! When leaving, I told him I was provided an excellent review on his performance. I hope he finds this posted in his favor and that his management team gives him some extra praise. I will definitely return based off of my experience just today!

They walked with me to assist me with putting a 5 gallon water jugbin my vehicle because it was heavy for me.
It is nice to see that people still hold old fashion values of courtesy, that is hard to find nowadays. They didn't give me a hard time to refund my returned items. These are the type of companies that I take pleasure in shopping at on a regular basis.

This lowes has the best customer service! If they don't know the answer, they find another associate who does. Always willing to help someone either on a phone call or in person... wonderful people! 10/10

Absolutely the best service ever I was in and out within 5mins.... I walked in and cashier sidney asked me if I needed any help and I told her yes she looked up what I needed I went to go get it I came back and she helped me check out and gave me nothing but smiles and help I would most definitely be going back😁😁

The staff in the garden section are very friendly! If you need help finding something, getting something or loading your items, they are more than willing to help! The garden center staff is also very polite, service with a smile :) I personally shopped around online to compare prices of the things I needed, and Lowe's had everything at the lowest price! *Just a tip* if you go on the websites, you can find what you want, add everything to your cart and get a total with tax without buying it online, then go to the store and get exactly what you need and know exactly what it will cost! 😁

I haven't been asked so many times if I needed help finding something, when I actually needed help finding several items. The BEST customer service I've had in a LONG time. I will definitely patronize this location. Hopefully all others do the same.

This is a good store. Lowe's corporate policy of giving a discount to veterans is commendable and makes me want to return there. I went there with my father-in-law who is a Korean War veteran, and he got $300 off his $3,000 carpet purchase. And the people were wonderful about it.

Had a gentleman load mulch in my car. I had waited more than 5 minutes and I was going back to the. This young man walked up and asked if I needed mulch. Yes,he set his stuff down and began lifting. I want you to know that he had just arrived for his shift and hadn't punched in yet when he offered to help. Thank you.

Lumber prices shocking.. love the store. Availability of polite ! associates that actually know about customer service and are willing to be helpful is a huge plus. Love the little lady who works with seeds and feeders ..wild birds ..pet animal feed area at times. Store is Clean, organized and well stocked.

Always have everything I'm looking for.

Lowes on Alexis did not have everything I needed but SW Lowes came through with all the little stuff to get the job done. Now to get started again to finish the job that's another story...

The service was great!! Got all the paint stuff I needed. I didn't feel uncomfortable like I normally do when talking with others. I just wish I knew about the military discount BEFORE I bought all the stuff I got lol.

The associate knew about the snowthrower I was interested in and made certain that I was comfortable with its operation before I left the store. The delivery went smoothly as well. The delivery person was great too.

Staff has uped the game on customer service. Walking around and was asked 3 times in 15 minutes if I needed any help. The Christmas supplies were great this year, as of 12/16/2022 items are marked down on sale already at a great price.

Awesome store & super friendly, helpful staff. I did find out that although aisle-3 did have a great selection of the exact acrylic sheets I needed, its also pants optional after 12 noon.

Staff was very helpful and assisted us with our return. They made our experience very easy and quick and helped us to get refund in method we preferred cause no longer had card it was purchased on. Will definitely be shopping at this location more. Manager was very professional and polite and took care of us in a timely manner.

On March 29th 2018 I needed to return some items I purchase a week earlier and lost my receipt. I just purchased Kitchen cabinets and was getting electrical plugs for the wall, to many apparently. When I took them back I was told because of the item I was not able to get my $65 dollars back. I was a bit upset. I went home and called the manager. He told me to come back, ask for him and he would take care of it. I did. But instead a very nice young lady with the name tag Nicole took the time to go through all the receipts in the register for the month to find mine. She did it with a great attitude and made us very happy , Thank you Nicole for your time and patience. Also Thank you to the manager I never needed to talk to. Jacob I think.
