Arby's

I have never ever been to a bad arby's, and thins one is no exception. Excellent service, fast food done well, and friendly people. For Lent right now, they have the fish again -- best fish out there!!!! highly recomended

Great food and great price along with friendly fast service!

The counter person was very friendly, he was having a issue processing my birthday free coupon for a small fry and a small milkshake. His manager came over and helped him out. I had been observing this manager work before I placed my order, he was multitasking filling order at a unbelievable speed and accuracy that should make the owner should be very proud of this manager. He took the time to offer me a friendly attitude while helping his counter man out. The staff at this location are always friendly and take their jobs seriously.

Had a slight issue there locally and completed the feedback survey. The upper management team took care of this really quick and professionally. 5 stars plus to the customer service at Arby's. Keep up the great work Arby's management teams.

Just ate the new chicken and manc and cheese, it was amazing!

Most drive through restaurants are not that great these days, let's be honest. This one, today was great. Staff were awesome and pleasant and our order was done quickly and was fine correctly.

We've lived in Medina now for nearly 3 years. It quickly became evident that pretty much all of the food in this town is sub-par or worse in comparison to just about any other. You may get lucky and find the 1 or 2 holes in the wall - but forget about any other fast food.

However, each and every time I've visited this Arby's, their food is fresh, service is fast, staff is friendly, and accuracy is on point. I can confidently say that I will never have a bad experience here - which is nice for a change!

Nice restaurant. Clean and organized and staff are friendly and professional. I really like the fish sandwich and the roast beef and cheddar on onion bun. Would recommend the potato cakes over the curly fries. I would recommend this restaurant to others. Enjoy!

My first visit in a couple of years. The food was great. Service was quick. Sales were right on. Mr. Ramer, the manager was very welcoming!

Beef dip, classic sliders, classic beef, beef and cheddar with bacon. Took home and we ate for a few days. Always good here. And you CAN dip the other sandwiches too.

Nice, clean, friendly atmosphere. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a good meal that's not your typical fast food but is a lot better and is still quite fast great quality food every time, two thumbs up and don't forget to ring the bell on your way out the door to say thanks for great service and have a great day!

Had the WAGU burger yesterday. It was awesome! I hope Arby's keeps it around. It was the best burger I have had in years!

Omg! I love love the fish sandwich! If I could I would one twice a week or ever time I got money because they are so delicious!! Gotta have the fish again soon.

Great food, wasn't sure what to get, even though I always get the same thing! The cashier made a recommendation, which I'm glad I followed! He suggested the "Chicken Pepperoni Parmesan w/ Marinara" sandwich and it was fantastic!!! 10 out of 10....

An easy process used phone order app Well he's ready and couple of minutes walked in got order and on my way. Employees very friendly and quick to help.
