Absolutely 💯 no comparison to any Taco bells near me in Cleveland/Parma area. Manager was awesome and employees just as great. Store was clean, food was delicious and much to my surprise, food was as described. Thank you, Court Street Taco Bell for the experience I haven't gotten in the Cleveland area for years.

I have to praise the customer service here. Not only did they fix my daughter's taco right away but I also watch one of the employees Blake help an elderly man who needed to order. He was kind and patient with this man . He smiled the whole time and when the elderly man realized he wasn't at subway. That employee googled where the closes one was and pointed the elderly man that way. I was blown away by the kindness and respect this employee had. Outstanding customer service 👏 . What a great example he is setting. It wasn't his job but he went the extra mile. He needs to be recognized!

We all remember .99 cent tacos right? Not anymore, these guys are probably the worst violators of the fast food industry. 99 cent tacos are now up 100%. sure it's 2 bucks but they've learned to actually bump prices 100% AND give you less. Used to love it, now it's like taking a punch in the face and asking for another. Sad corporate greed.

Super busy but very fast and efficient. Food packing was sub-par though.
We went on a Monday evening and placed our order online. So glad we did because the drive-thru and dining room were very busy. All this considered, the staff was really efficient and got our rather large order done quickly, but most importantly, it was 100% correct.
The only con to this visit was the Mexican pizzas we ordered were put at the bottom on the previously mentioned large order and got completely squished. I also recommend getting sour cream on the side for fiesta potatoes unless you are okay with warm sour cream. 😁

The store building could use some love and attention! But at least they got my order right and they loaded the burrito's and everything nicely! Weren't stingy with the toppings and meat! Loved the food and loved the quantity ! Highly recommend this one! Now if the rest would be the same!

My daughter and I both said it was the best we have had from Taco Bell in years.
Everything was hot and fresh. The burritos were the best made in many years. Folded perfectly!! No leaks. No holes. Even the chips were fresh.
This location isn't anywhere near home, but we already plan on going back to this location soon.

I love Taco Bell. This one is great because they have a mobile order lane. Which allows you to pre order on the app and pick it up via a separate line so you don't have to wait with the rest of the cars. Taco bell never gets my order wrong, food is great.

I don't think they have ever had a surly worker greet you or complete your order. So friendly and upbeat, it's a fabulous experience! Plus they have never made a mistake on my vegetarian orders for skimped on ingredients. Always a good experience for fast food!

Wow, theyve really been hiring some cashiers with some personality. Over the top customer service the past few times I ve been in. Very friendly. Good vegetarian options lately too

The drive through attendants at this location are the friendliest and most cheery Taco Bell drive through attendants I have every had the pleasure of interacting with. The service is rather slow but I believe they are understaffed at the moment and that is understandable.

We went to Medina taco bell one morning for breakfast. When we were in the drive-thru line they informed us that they were waiting on eggs to be cooked- no problem we can wait, we didn't have anywhere special to be. So we go inside to wait and the manager offers us free drinks (which was awesome) and he totally didn't have to do. We wait for our food for about 10 minutes and when it was done the manager brought it out to us and said it was taken care of, no charge. He was so very kind, and again he did not have to do that. But THANK YOU for going above and beyond for us!

They're so chill and friendly and efficient

Went to order a couple breakfast crunch wraps, but they had a 10 minute wait on the eggs still cooking. The manager offered us a couple drinks for free and ended up compensating our order for our wait. Great service!

Great taco bell location, although always busy, line goes relatively quick & food is good quality. Any mistakes I've had with my orders are fixed, & employees are kind, funny & greet with a smile!

Food was hot and fast. Exceptional service from the manager. I thought they had messed up my order cause my buddy accidentally grabbed my food. I went up to the counter and they gave me a new taco. When i realized it was my fault i tried to pay for my extra food. They said it was fine and were very nice about it.

You can't park & howl at the moon anymore bc they renovated the view. Good food, fast.

I don't really like tacos, but these people love their jobs and it always shows! I am literally afraid to order food anywhere else in Medina because the neighboring places are so bad. I will order taco bell and eat something I kind of like before I go to anywhere else in Medina!

There was a young man who worked there. He has the energy if 1,000 red bulls and the tenacity of Sonic the Hedgehog. It was a brilliant evening thanks to this young man. I wish I remembered his name for I would have it tattooed upon my chest

Best place for an alternative to burgers and fries. I am a cheap date and eat off the dollar menu. Spicy Potato Soft Taco hold the lettuce yes please. Chipotle Chicken Burrito, oh yeah just needs more chicken or tomatoes added. It's like the cheese wrap in deluxe form. Then I finish my meal with a cheese, bean and rice burrito. Muy Bien.
