We had a wonderful time at Yale Manor. The rooms were not only comfortable and clean but also tastefully decorated, making us feel right at home. The innkeepers were warm and welcoming, adding a personal touch to our stay. Its location is perfect, just a short drive from the best local wineries and attractions. The breakfasts were a treat, featuring fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Plus, having access to the boat house and dock was a serene way to unwind by the lake. Yale Manor is quite lovely, and we’re looking forward to visiting it again.

The lodge was comfy and cozy with great breakfasts. Wonderful ambience. Friendly hosts shared useful information on area attractions and history. We stayed 3 nights then moved to a Yurt which was another fantastic expierence. We just loved the space and all the amenities in the yurt. You are in for a real treat at Yale Manor weather you stay in the B&B or a Yurt!

Our stay at Yale Manor was amazing! The rooms were cozy, neat & well decorated and the home was inviting - as were the innkeepers! This bed & breakfast is perfectly located close to wineries, breweries, and the city of Geneva with many amazing restaurants. The innkeeper’s suggestions for dinner were spot on (especially Hazelnut Kitchen) and the breakfast each morning was superb - made with fresh, local ingredients and easily able to accommodate a gluten allergy. The B&B also provides access to a boat house & dock so you can enjoy sunset on the lake in the most relaxing and serene way. This spot is truly a hidden gem and we can’t wait to return!

The yurts themselves are amazing. Spacious, comfortable, abundantly sprinkled with electric heaters. All the amenities of a hotel and pastoral views (horses grazing). Staff was friendly and accommodating (including the dogs Osiris and Anuba). Nice snacks and breakfast items were stocked, but they need a system for resupply, and I personally favor genuine wood fires to electric (indoor) and propane (outdoor) simulations, but there are probably insurance dictates involved.
Even if the weather changes for the worse, sleeping with rain pattering on the yurt is very cozy and relaxing.

This place has a great vibe. Comfortable, clean, and cozy rooms. The owners are very friendly and will check in but also give guests plenty of space. The property is beautiful. There are bikes to ride to the lake just a few minutes away, with a huge dock, boat house, and patio furniture to use. Getting to pet the dogs and horses was definitely a bonus. The only issue was that there needed to be more substitutes for allergies to breakfast. We were able to shop nearby, and it worked out fine. Will definitely be recommending to friends!

We stayed in Honeoye, one of 4 luxury yurts they have on their beautiful property! Yurts typically are very rustic but not here....it was AMAZING!! What a wonderful option over a hotel! The refrigerator was even stocked with milk, OJ, bagels, cream cheese, mini muffins, yogurt blueberries, string cheese and more. Coffee, tea and water also provided! There is a dock with a boat house, (a bit of a walk), that also contains a fridge and microwave for guests use. This even has fishing gear and floats for the use on the lake. Also on the lake bank there is a shared firepit with firewood provided. We were blessed to be greeted each day by their two horses, Kip and Laith. I would highly recommend staying here in a yurt. I cannot speak to the manor as we never went in, but I can only imagine that would be awesome as well! Katherine the host was very friendly and attentive.

My husband and I stayed two nights in one of the Yurts (Oneida) and it was perfect. It was a nice splurge for a unique experience and it was well worth it to us.

I don't think any on the Yurts were in a better location than the others. Oneida might have a little more shade. Even though it was August we had relatively cool weather and so the lack of a/c was not an issue. The temperature was perfect.

Loved the boat house and meeting folks from other lands while enjoying the flames of the fire in the firepit while enjoying wine we had purchased that very same day.

So much beautiful scenery to enjoy in the area and we enjoyed touring the wineries and breweries.

Only regret was that we did not make time to meet the owners. I spoke on the phone with them and they seemed very friendly.

We also forgot to tip the nice lady who cleaned but will rectify that today.

We had a lovely mini-moon stay for a few nights in the Keuka Yurt after our wedding. The yurt was very cute and clean! We enjoyed sitting outside and walking down to the lake. There was a fire table right outside the yurt. The dock at the lake also had geer for fishing, a fridge, wine opener, lake floats/tubes, and a grill. There were breakfast items in the fridge as well as coffee pods for Keurig. The Manager Katherine was very lovely. Would recommend!

My wife and I had a great time staying in one of the yurts at Yale Manor. The yurt was clean, huge, and well equipped. The hosts provided plenty of bagels, granola, yogourt, fresh fruit, farm fresh eggs, coffee and tea for breakfast. The grounds were so relaxing, watching the horses galloping around the fields, chilling down at the boathouse, and ending the day with a fire overlooking the lake. The location is perfect for exploring the endless wineries, cideries and breweries along the wine route. The hosts were responsive to requests, but left us to our privacy. A great alternative to a sterile hotel room if you want to connect with nature, but you’re not into camping :) Glamping was a perfect fit for us!!!

The Yale Manor Bed and Breakfast is a short drive to Geneva, NY and many fabulous wineries. The owners created a welcoming space so guests can feel at home. The grounds are beautiful and include a dock on Seneca Lake. Breakfast choices are varied and delicious!

Yale Manor, Katherine, Phil, staff are so nice and accommodating. We REALLY enjoyed our stay. We stayed in one of the Yurts. What an awesome experience! The Yurt is HUGE, bed sooooo comfy, shower pressure amazing and HOT water, cozy, warm, equipped with kitchen ware to microwave, toaster oven, coffee. So nice having bagels, cream cheese, butter, coffee, juice, waters (reverse osmosis, may I add), blueberries (out of this world!). Close to wineries, restaurants. Oh and the bikes and the boat house! We drove the bikes to the boat house and sat on the dock watching the sunset with a glass of wine from one of the vineyards. Amazing. Relaxing, And seeing the horses, and the two doggies, (we have dogs at home that we always miss when we travel) gave us our "animal fix." We explored the area, so many wonderful places to eat and fresh food and fruit, again wineries, breweries, farm to table, farm stands. We LOVED our stay. Katherine is amazingly sweet, kind and accommodating. We met Phil at the end of our trip and he suggested we go to a dinner "Ports Café" which was unbelievably delicious! You will not be disappointed going to the Yale Manor, UNLESS... you like City living and that hustle and bustle.

I highly recommend the experience of staying in a yurt on this beautiful property overlooking the lake. We rented two of the yurts for two nights while we were in the area for a wedding. Staying in the yurts added a special delight to our visit They were beautiful, well-equipped, spacious, and luxurious. While the yurts were quiet and private, the owners were easily accessible in the manor house located on the property. We had access to the lake for a swim as well as games of pool and table tennis in the manor house basement for a some friendly matches. We had a great time!

Beautiful property with lake access. We stayed in a yurt for the second year in a row. Katherine and her team have thought of everything! Luxury linens, fresh fruit, milk, orange juice, etc. Privacy yet you can access Katherine at anytime. We will be back!

We had a fabulous time! Beautiful room, amazing bathroom, comfy bed and good breakfast. We absolutely loved going down to the lake at night for drinks and a fire. We also enjoyed an early lakeside meditation at sunrise!

The boathouse had everything we needed to start a fire which was helpful! Much appreciated~!

Oh.... make sure you do the wine tour package, our driver was wonderful; a great experience!

My only turn-off and I won't reduce my review because of this.. when we arrived at the manor, we were not greeted by the owner in a welcoming fashion. She stayed sitting in her recliner with her feet up and a blanket on her lap. Perhaps she has a medical condition but it would have been nice to have that mentioned if that was the case. A warm welcome would have really made our stay as we often stay at a B&B over a hotel because we love that personal connection.

Such a beautiful and peaceful spot. The house is lovely and quiet with spacious rooms . Katherine and the staff create a welcoming homelike experience and the breakfasts were great! The boathouse and pier is great for lake front fun and sunset watching. Perfect location to hit the wineries and breweries in the area. Just lovely!!

My wife and I had a great time there recently. We spent three nights in the Manor house and the rooms and service were all top notch. Cathy and her staff went above and beyond to serve up three different vegan breakfasts each morning and they were all available to answer any questions or to just sit around and enjoy each other's conversations. Would highly recommend staying here when visiting the Finger Lakes region.

We stayed in a yurt for 3 nights and it was a fantastic experience. These glam yurts are awesome. Warm and cozy in October. They leave a wonderful assortment for breakfast for each day. The Manor is beautiful and has wonderful rooms but I would choose a yurt every time. Absolutely loved it.

Check in was super easy. We stayed in one of the four yurts, Oneida, and was pleasantly surprised by the accomodations. The yurt was well supplied with kitchen items and linens. We arrived in October, it was chilly outside, but we stayed very warm in the yurt. Katherine had sent us recommendations on places to eat and things to do. Everything was lovely and look forward to booking again!

Yale Manor is the perfect base for exploring finger lakes region. The house is historical, beautifully appointed, the grounds are vast with mature trees and big relaxing hammocks, and beautiful views. Innkeeper katherine exemplifies the best of upstate New York State. Warm and energetic. I left my electronics in the room. When Katherine found out, she rushed it to UPS within a few hours. Coming back from that place makes me feel like I now have a friend at the finger Lakes region:-)! Highly recommend this place!
