Beginning of February they finally fixed the mailboxes. Now we're being forced to sign ANOTHER new lease for the 3rd time in two years. They are over reaching for information and violating our freedoms with a huge invasion of privacy. I feel this is targeted because of this review and being opinionated.
1-12-2024 - Mailbox still isn't fixed, no resolution in sight. But the new landlord got increased rent this month and we have NOTHING to show for it. Haven't even seen a plow this winter yet 😂😂
12-8-2023 - Mailbox still isn't fixed. I can promise you by January, nothing will change. BUT, I can be assessed a $50+ late fee for my rent being 2 days late for the first time in years. Do not willingly move into here unless you enjoy being financially extorted while living in an overpriced slum. This place is a joke.

Revised a month later: mailbox still isn't fixed. There is no ETA when we will receive our mail here again and we still have to go to the post office to collect our mail. The trailer park doesn't care.

10-1-2023: Every year for the last 3 years my lot rent has gone up to "improve things" in the park but the roads are the worst they've ever been. My lot rent has gone up $150 since I moved in and it seems like a reoccurring theme. People I know that rent their home saw their rent jump over $200 this year with no explanation. Everyone speeds and nothing is done about it. There is a "secret new owner" that nobody knows the name of, and there's a huge conceited effort to keep their identity hidden. The old owner would have at least had this fixed by now and was able to be reached by text. It was a nice place to live when I originally got here. The new owner wants to extort us for more and more rent while putting no money into his investment. My neighbor threatened to shoot my dogs last year and nothing has been done about it. The pot holes blew a hole in my bike tire last week and that will never be reimbursed, but again the new owner can raise our rent annually now and we're not supposed to bat an eye about it. Trucks race through here and I have it on video but nothing is done about it. The mailbox has been broke for a week and nothing has been done about it. We have to drive across town now to get our mail with no end to that in sight. Most of my neighbors are great but most places around here won't raise your rates continually like they do here. If people's rent going from $700 a month to $1,000 a month after it going up $100 a year before while you're renting doesn't deter you, or $50 annually every year as someone who owns their home for zero improvements, then yeah it's a "nice place to live".
