Very good stuff to buy here. Although you have to do some digging I have found very cool stuff here and have gone multiple times. I would highly suggest visiting this glorified thrift store where you can get a lot of stuff for cheaper then you would think.

Doesn't get better than this for thrifting! Friendly staff, negotiable prices and one of the few places you can stumble across valuable treasures for cheap. You won't be disappointed, give the share house a visit!

Fun and packed store. It takes a long time to look through everything. Most prices are given at the counter. Books galore. Hope you like cats too.

Great place to browse for nearly anything. Wide range of quality and prices. I’ve rarely left empty-handed and often find unexpected treasures and/or just what I came looking for. I’ve heard that the profits go to help the homeless, so I’m happy to pay the asking price.

I don’t know why this place has anything less than a 4 star review. It has the coolest thrifted merchandise. I find new items sometimes too and the prices are fair. Today i found a super functional and vintage german made camping blanket that can be fashioned into a, sort of, coat. $8.00.
Some of the lower starred reviews are laughable, like “there’s no heat in the place,” “they told me i had 5 minutes left to shop when it was 20 minutes to 6 when they close…”

Bro, the place does have heat, but the back loading dock is open all year so they can constantly move merchandise from the drop off area to inside the store, so in the winter it can be chilly. It’s also an old drafty, piecemealed warehouse, what do you expect?
Regarding telling someone they had less time to shop than the clock was telling them: the place is popular. The line can get long and slow. I completely understand them telling people to wrap it up 20 minutes before close. They want people out by closing time, not after.
I also have read complaints about rudeness. I have never encountered unfounded “rude tones” from anyone working there.

It’s a thrift store. It’s a place you go to treasure hunt, not to ask a bunch of questions and haggle prices.

They deserve all the stars, straight up.

Yes this store has lots of stuff. Found beautiful crystal glassware for a wedding gift. There are so many children’s books. Lots of items to look at. Everyone friendly including the resident cat. Items fairly priced. I have fun coming here.

Great store with lots of fun, hidden treasures. I know a lot of reviewers said prices were high at the counter. I disagree. The prices were good and I had a great time looking around.

The owners are very helpful in helping you pick out good furniture. All of their stuff is at least 50% off

Huge, constantly changing selection! A great place to visit if you like rummaging for treasures. Outstanding selection of children's books, toys, and games. Their holiday inventory is always stellar. Lots of framed art, sports equipment, and furniture. We're there several times a week if we can help it.

Pricing is VERY fair. (I just bought an iMac for 25$).
Selection is mind-blowing.
If you are a true thrift-shopper, you will love this place.
You could spend hours, maybe days digging through everything.

Update, 8 years later: It's better, somehow! I stopped in and was so pleased with how much more organized they were, but still so reasonable and still so many treasures.

This place is a big thrift store packed with all kinds of items. I usually find something that I can use. Nothing is priced, the cashier tells you the price at checkout. If its more than you want to pay you leave it there. Be ready to dig.

Coolest thrift store I have ever been in! Lots of vintage items at a reasonable price. The lady at the front was super welcoming as well and let me pet the cats. Will definitely be back!

I have been thrifting here for 5 years and I have always been treated with warmth and kindness. I find it very hard to believe that Sue or anyone else on this staff would ever be rude unless someone was rude to them first. I think it is like the Tale of 2 cities, you find whatever you are personally bringing to the situation. That being said, I love to rummage and always, always find treasures to bring home. This place is also like a box of chocolates, you never know what you are going to get! Love this place and you will too if you like to treasure hunt.

This place is a thrifting madhouse! It has a little everything and prices are very reasonable, hut you might have to hunt.

Although a lot of the stock here is out of style, like the decorations and clothing, there are definitely treasures if you're willing to look. Their prices are also very good and there are two store cats, which makes any shopping experience ten times better in my opinion.

Love this place! Indeed some items are slightly higher than I would like, but I always come in and buy tons of items (like toys, books) that are over flowing and the owner is great and gives me a great deal on it all. In the end I still come out ahead even with a pricier item. I think the staff was kind and chatty and I enjoy my visit. People who complain about service should look around. It's not Macy's people. They do a lot of hard work for low pay and minimal staff. They are busy and it's not like your buying high end, new items. Cut them them some slack!

You guys... Stop everything you're doing and go here as fast as you safely can. The ShareHouse might be my favorite thrift/antique store that I've been to in Michigan. First, the place is enormous, with rooms branching off all over the place. There's even a whole lower level, filled with books and furniture.

If you like going through books at these places, then you're gonna love the ShareHouse. The lower level has a small library of books too sift through. The clothing section is huge too. Then there are the knickknacks. Soooo many little things to go through. You could easily spend hours here and you'll just keep finding more cool things.

The furniture section downstairs is enormous too. Not to mention, the prices are really really good. The strange thing was that most things in the store didn't have a price on it. You take it up with you when you're checking out and they quickly give you the price while you're up there. We were joking about how they must just make it up on the fly, but I genuinely believe they just know their store so well that they just know all the prices.

Go here. It's cute and charming and full of treasure. The prices are really good and the staff very obviously care about everything there. It's a great place and I hope to go back again soon.

This is my favorite Ann arbor thrift store. I love that has lots of dishes. I'm always finding something cute to add to my kitchen! Their kid clothing is pretty good. It's very organized according to size. And there are lots and lots and lots of toys. I also got a pretty good maclaren stroller for $7 and it's pretty happy about that.

Their furniture rotates pretty regularly and they got some really cool it century pieces, but obviously not all the time.

This is my go-to thrift store because it's so affordable, it's big, and I love stuffing through all the stuff!

My kids love going and looking for the cats.

Do not visit this place. It is addicting. The thrill of hunting for a great find will have you compulsively visiting on a regular basis. The prices, though mostly unmarked, are generally too reasonable to refuse. You will spend hours of your life in this warehouse of a shop. (Besides, if you visit, there will be less stuff for me to find.)
