Lowe's Home Improvement

Went in hoping Lowes still had mulch (November). Not only did they have still have mulch, but also they also had plastic to protect my car from the bags and Mike helped load them. Great service!

I stopped by this Lowes location today for pluming tools and I was in hurry as I had to go back to my work. Joe from the tools department helped me to find all my needs in less than 5 minutes, a trip that would have taken me at least 25 minutes. I met Joe in the past as he was working at one of nearby Rite Aid pharmacy and just like always he was professional,knowledgable with excellent customer service skills and even sense of humor. Thanks Joe for making my trip experience convenient and comfortable. while checking out i had Pamela helps me and was very helpful and friendly too. I will definitely visit again and to Lowe's managemet at this store, thanks for choosing the right staff and keep up the good work.

Went in for a preorder pick up and it was ready with Helpful Friendly Employees to help load my vehicle. Awesome job

Just needed to shout out about my experience with the Pro Desk at the Jackson Rd., Ann Arbor Lowe's store. The guys there were so helpful as I was planning and purchasing materials for my composite deck. Nate Koski was simply amazing as he helped me figure out and plan what needed to be purchased. He emailed me with follow up information and was so professional throughout the process. I would have been lost without Nate's guidance. Josh Bowman, the floor supervisor, was helpful in looking over our final details and get purchases and deliveries squared away. Both of these employees are a real asset to Lowe's and more specifically to the Pro Desk location. Bryan Solowczuk was also very helpful as he researched the correct screws to purchase for the color of Trex decking I had purchased. I really appreciated his help. All in all, my experience with the guys at the Pro Desk made my deck building a wonderful success. Thanks Nate, Josh and Bryan!

Great place for home improvement items. Employees are so helpful and knowledgeable on items in there departments.

I saw a definite/major improvement on customer service.... I had stopped shopping there a while back but now I see that there is help every where and all employees want help and care.
I am switching to Lowes now...

Friendly and helpful staff. I needed help finding 2 different items and an employee was nearby each time to help me. They were all happy to help!

Garden persons were extremely helpful in getting down lawn fertilizer that was on sale!!

Lowes never disappoints me! I always end up walking out with more items than I planned. That's a very good thing! Just wanted to add that I won't sugarcoat reviews that you read from me. I'm a customer, and I want others to be informed whenever they read my reviews! Otherwise, I hope you all have a safe and fun day!

Lately, watching television has been depressing and the weather isn’t sure if it’s Winter or Spring; an absolute bright spot to stop in and shop would be the Lowe’s in Ann Arbor (Jackson Rd).
We had the most wonderful experience with three of the nicest people you’d ever want to meet.
The check out lines were quite long and Angela walked over (from her break) and directed us to her line. She was delightful, conversational and a treat to deal with.
Suddenly the Store Manager (Catherine) and Ross (The Southeastern Lowe’s District Manager) walked over and joined in our discussion.
Angela, Catherine and Ross were fascinating to stand there and talk with. Engaging, interesting and gracious, they all made us feel welcomed and real part of the Lowe’s family.
They truly represent Lowe’s well and we will continue to shop there because of the people at that store.

Good local store. Nice people! People at their customer service desk and even the Pros in various departments are easy to find and pleasant to talk to. They show that they want to help you. This store deserves a lot of my business!

I went to the Lowe's store on Jackson Rd in Ann Arbor this morning, because my toilet needed fixing. I asked two guys what aisle is the parts for the toilet. One of the guys was named Joe, he was so helpful. I just expected him to tell me which aisle and go about his business like the other guy but he didn't. He took me to the aisle, asked me what was wrong and gave me great advice how to fix my toilet. He was so kind, helpful and knew his stuff. He made me feel like his friend and he was genuinely concerned about me and my problem. In today stores where you don't expect much from the employees, Joe was such a pleasant surprise that I had to write a great review to a guy who I might not ever see again but was first class and cared. Thank you again Joe for all you do

The cleanest, most organized Lowe's I've ever visited. Plenty of staff in the aisles and open cashiers. Much nicer than the local Menards.

Way Better than the Home Depot in my book. Clean, well organized, better layout of goods and materials. Way friendly employees. Better selection on lumber. Better prices on most things. All in all my first place to go when I need building materials or supplies.

On Thursday my in store experience was extreme upsetting. a clerk at the entrance with gray hair and a person named Suzanne went out of there way in rudeness. The younger girl at the entrance and the clerk's in the flower check out were extreme nice. Today when I was back, Rob, & Chris & Crystal were the very best. I can't say enough good things for all their help & courtesy as well as .y check out clerk. I have always really liked Lowe's Judy Dawson

This is a great store. Usually not overcrowded, it has all is typically expected at any Lowe's. Staff is on the scarce side. Sometimes you have to page someone if you need help. For small items and things that doesn't require customization this store is handy. Conveniently located, fast checkout and ample parking.
