I had a very good experience with the hospital ER here. The staff was friendly, kind, professional and great with time management! I felt I was respected and my time was valued as a patient. I did not have a long wait to be seen or to receive care - it was fast, they had me all taken care of in a very thorough and quick manner. Special appreciation to Bailey and Ben. I would recommend this hospital. <3

This is for the physical therapy staff.
I have some back problems, and I was referred to Moose Lake through the VA. I have to say, after my first visit, I am extremely impressed by my first visit with Abby.
She is very easy to talk to, and she really listened, which is fairly rare with our health care system. The receptionist, Rebacca, is also very people friendly.
I look forward to working with them, and hope I can regain a manageable pain level through their instructions.
I have much faith in Abby. Which is a rare thing with me.

Very happy with my care. Went to the ED at 28 weeks pregnant for shortness of breath. I was taken very seriously by the nurses and doctor. Ended up testing positive for COVID. The doctor was very honest and personable. He gave me the options for treatment and I did not feel forced into making a decision one way or the other.

I wasn’t a huge fan of the lady at the front desk however. She was fairly rude for no reason.

Great hospital! I had both of my kids there. The birthing rooms are spacious, comfortable, and private. The nursing staff is very knowledgeable and so helpful. It seems that all have children so they know a lot from experience rather than just theory. I've also brought my one year old to the ER. The doctor was professional, very caring, and did a great job handling a toddler and me (the mother who was crying more than the hurt child).

Great hospital and staff. A five star facility. The patient rooms are really big and the staff care about the patients. I’ve seen the nurses walking with patients to help get them moving and back on their feet.

I think some of the other reviews were left by people obviously upset about their bills. Unfortunately providing healthcare is expensive. Moose Lake is really fortunate to have a hospital in their community.

Great facility for a small town. There was a three week wait for an MRI in Duluth but Moose Lake Hospital got me in right away. Staff was polite, efficient and the hospital was immaculate.

Came in for surgery in May of 2021. All the nurse where excellent! Very nice and very educated. The rooms are beautiful and the food is good. Next time I need any kind of procedure, this is where I'll be

My emergency room Visit at that 3 am was the best with Dr Abrahamian she was great and very professional and kind and so was the nursing staff and radiology the doctor Answered all my questions and was vary thro to find out what was wrong with me it's all good experience don't let that doctor get way. 😊

With the prominence of pain killers I am wondering if mercy hospital has a protocol for treating surgery patients who would come in while being on the popular treatment drug Suboxone which renders a user unable to feel the effects of narcotics. I was one of the unfortunate ones who suffered a surgery while on the fullest dose offerd. while i'm at it I don't think it was very appropriate to be asked if I wanted a male surgon,or a female I said the best one, and he announced that I wanted a male. the female Dr. who was present ended up taking me because the male became unavailable. After surgery she refused to follow the protocol.

Fancy new hospital with NO doctors!!!!! Limited staff. Head to Duluth or St. Paul if possible!!!!
