The Diuble family has been around since they invented dirt. They know farm and garden equipment and can fix anything or get you the parts if you're going to fix it yourself. I love Simplicity products, which they sell. The stuff lasts forever. I have a zero turn mower and a 2-stage snowblower that I purchased there and they always take great care of me.

I just want to say thank you, to Gary and Kevin in the service department for all they do. They always go above and beyond when I need parts, or have a problem with a machine.

Unsure upon what basis any negative review could have been made. The owner, Ron, met me, listened carefully, showed me what I was looking for, and demonstrated how the machine worked. His service staff were present and friendly—this is a family business—and was by all appearances a top-notch business. Because it was so far away I nearly didn’t go, but am glad I did. I agreed to a purchase, and we set a date for pickup. Unfortunately I could not get down there during business hours—HE OPENED BACK UP to help me out at 6:30 at night—I was taking time from him and keeping him from his dinner, but he never complained, in fact spent more time than I felt I deserved getting me acquainted with my machine. He even helped secure it to my trailer. Easily the best buying experience of the year, and if I ever need anything else (I’ll buy some accessories from him for sure), I’ll certainly make the trip back. Thanks, Mr. Diuble.

We bought a MF1840HS with loader and skid steer bucket and could not be happier. Great communication with/from Ron, great price on the tractor and a great trade in on our 30hp orange tractor.

Great experience buying a Ferris zero-turn here last year. Dan was a pleasure to work with and helped me every step of the way. It was also no hassle getting the mower picked up and fixed under warranty for a small issue. Recommended.

Dan did a great job being honest and proactive about communicating with me about prochasing my new mower. Literally NO ONE else in our local area answered my emails. Dan put in my loan application and worked to get the mower I wanted on a Saturday!

Since moving to Lodi Township 42 years ago, we have only had occasional need for products or services from Diuble, but each occasion has been satisfactory. Last week, Brenda and Todd each provided such prompt and competent service they deserve special recognition.
I spoke to Brenda mid-afternoon on Thursday, May 12, describing a problem with our riding lawn mower (worked perfectly all of last season and started easily the day before I called but when I tried to release the brake, the engine would die). I suspected the interlock requiring the brake to be set.
Not only did Brenda accurately relay to Todd my description (which became obvious when speaking with Todd the next day}, she said she could have the unit picked up the next day, Friday May 13. Based on prior experience of how busy businesses like Diuble's are in the spring, I had expected a couple weeks delay just for you to pick it up. She also said she would ask the technician to at least quickly check the unit in an attempt to identify the problem.
We did not hear or see the truck and trailer arrive. The first thing we heard was a loud backfire from the unit. By the time I could greet Todd, he had diagnosed and repaired the problem which was no mean feat. A splice of wires I had made years ago to bypass the interlock otherwise requiring someone to be on the seat to engage the blades or transmission had loosened enough to not make contact. However, the splice was concealed by tape which therefore appeared perfectly fine. But “Detective Todd" was not deceived by appearances and quickly found the problem.
So instead of needing to retain a lawn service for a month (which I expected to be the case when the problem occurred}, I mowed our lawn later Friday afternoon, less than 24 hours after first speaking to Brenda !!!!!!!!!

Scheduled time for installation of tractor equipment. Space in the shop was ready for me to pull right in-they we’re prepared to start immediately and with work was completed slightly faster than estimated.No add on to the dollar estimate. Installer had me start tractor and put the grapple thru it’s paces and answer any questions I might have. Very pleased with their installation and warm professionalism.

They helped me solve my Ferris mower problem and get me the parts I needed.
