I can't get enough Wendy's, service and food is always good here guys. Thank you Wendy's and staff, so very much for being there to serve me when I need you the most; I will be continuing to rely on this Wendy's. Great place to eat, the food is worth coming back for. Thank you Dre and Ashton for fantastic service on 01/02/23. The staff here work very hard and are very personable, super friendly and they recognize friendly regulars. Wonderful service. Berry seems to be working in the kitchen very often, always delivering excellent service and fantastic food. Thank you Wendy's team! Yusuf is always smiling and delivering excellent service, he is very friendly and delightful. Go again.Super nice staff. Food was excellent and prepared exactly as ordered. There were very few customers when we arrived but then the hotel across the street had a mass exodus and then Wendy's began to fill. This Wendy's has one of those very cool soda machines so you can customize your own if your order is to eat-in. The host: Rudi was very personable and helpful. I really felt he was glad to have us as customers. In fact the entire staff seemed cohesive and worked well together. Great experience will definitely return. Super clean eat-in area. Everything was clean and tidy. This staff clearly takes pride in a job well done.

They are trying to get it together with new hires. The new guy Eddie is amazing at the drive-thru. He is professional and polite. Don't give up on this location.!

This location frequently delivers the quality Wendy's product we all love! Better yet, their dedicated employees always provide excellent service. Most recently, I had an issue with my order, but Nick took excellent care of me.

Had to download and order through the mobile app for some reason🤷🏾‍♀ but my food was fresh!!!

This location has very limited hours in comparison to other Wendy's locations, but the service here is top notch. I have never had cold food nor has any employee ever been rude/want to rush people through. At the same time, they are quick even when there are long lines.

This is one of the best Wendy's I've eaten at. The food is always fresh and delicious. My last meal was a loaded baked potato with cheese and bacon and a 6 piece nugget. It was amazing. I only wish I ordered a 10 piece nugget instead.

I ordered an hour before they closed and they offered to make fresh chicken for my sandwich. Very friendly and willing to go above and beyond for their customers.

This Wendy's was really good this time around! At the peak of lunch hour (~12pm) the line moved pretty quickly and the service was great. Food was very good since the last time I had ordered from here, it was very cohesive. I got a #1 with a frostycinno and it was delicious. Try them out!

Dre is one of my favorites here. Works hard funny and never messes an order up food is always perfect I pick up doordash orders from here almost everyday and no issues ever. If you see Dre at the cashier say hi! He will make your day

They gave great service in a jam! Very much appreciated.

One might think that fast food is fast food, but this one is different. The staff actually care about customer service. Can't say enough good about my experiences with this location.

Always great food from this Wendy's

Had an unusually long wait in the DT line. It was near 20 minutes. Past experience with long waits at a DT mean the order is wrong when you get it, or its thrown together and is horrible. Not the case here. Staff was polite and apologized for the wait, and the order and food quality was spot on. It was a nice surprise. I'm glad I waited it out. I'd rather wait for quality food than get something I don't want to eat fast.

Sometimes you have to wait a little bit for service here but it's mostly due to the fact that they have limited amount of staff. They usually have really good food and friendly staff to make up for it.

After mostly going to McDonald's for fast food cravings, I've just come to expect that there is a 90% chance that something will be wrong with or missing from my order at all fast food joints. Since there's been some amazing food deals from Wendy's lately (free baconator, free kid's meal, $ off coupons galore), I decided to give this location a chance. It's been like a dozen times I've ordered from them now and not once was I even disappointed with the food, let alone never having anything wrong with any of my orders so far. It's true that there has been a line at peak times, but if that means they're actually taking the time to get everyone's order right, I'm more than happy to check my phone parked in the drive thru queue than to be upset and frustrated because they rushed my order and messed up like they do at every McDonald's location I've ever been to. So, way to go, Wendy's.

I've gone here a few times for lunch and its always quick and easy. Aside from that it's a Wendy's, there isn't really much else to say, they serve the same things as other Wendy's locations. They do have one of those crazy pop machines where you can add like any flavor to any soda, so that's cool, I don't think every Wendy's has that.

COVID Update (upgraded from 4 to 5 stars):
Right after COVID hit they were the first place to uniformly have all staff use proper face mask AND gloves! Seriously! I tried a few other places and one or the other is always missing but these guys always had all of those on. No other Wendy's even compared to them. It shows the care that Team Schostak put into their locations. They make it clear that they operate the location and they even offer location specific deals to try to beat the downturn from the pandemic. I'm overall extremely impressed with their management.

Never frozen... I mean that right there should sell it. It has less preservatives than most places and is generally good. The only problem is Wendy doesn't quite run the business like daddy Dave Thomas... so the quality has slipped in the past two and half decades since I first started eating there... but it is still better than pretty much any of the national chains (the tier one popularity ones like McDonald's or Burger King).
