I was gonna give 3 stars but I feel my complaint is not their fault. Let’s just say the time I get off work is when the rude immature high schoolers come to work out here so I’d stay away between 4pm and 7pm other then that it is a great center for fitness. Highly recommend

Friendly staff, good variety of machines. The hours couldn't be any better. The only thing needed is more variety of classes

Amazing place to workout, quiet, clean, great staff who don’t bother you but are also very friendly! Furthermore, there are many respectful people going here who wipe down equipment and do not hog machines or grunt. The crowd is generally a bit older making it a very quiet and relaxed atmosphere. Best gym around!

The women's health fair was quite educational and I did see friends and the food was excellent. So glad we have this type of facility in our town.

Great reasonably priced fitness center my wife goes to Zumba there and they also have yoga a core program. New exercise equipment and weight room just added. Phill

A variety of weights and machines. Not super packed with people, there is always less than 10 people when I go. Good staff and very well kept/clean. The trainers are super!
