What wonderful costumer service and repair work. Made an unexpected stop for tire repair on our way to Minneapolis. They were able to repair our tire (not just one but two holes) within a short period of time for a very reasonable price and sent us on our way.
A number of customers were dropping off vehicles for schedule repairs/maintenance each was welcomed by name and given a quick overview of the work being done.
Would definitely return!!!

7:50AM country shrapnel stabbed my tire, luckily I made the journey to the tire shop before my psi was at 10. The men showed up on time for work and I pled my case - they were just AWESOME! I knew I wasn’t starting their Tuesday off smooth - but they sure stepped up and fixed the damn wrinkle in my day!!! David had my mom machine back on the road in time for volleyball and the 900 other places I needed to get to. Very quick service. You never know how people will treat you when you’re at their mercy and truly need help, I think they might just be the Godfather’s of ML. David, Thank You!!!

Woke up to a flat tire while camping at Moose Lake State Park. Went to Gateway Tire & Service as a walk-in and they had it patched up in about 2 hours. Great service and price too. Thanks guys!

This place is home town service at its best! Although very busy with appointments and many walk-ins, these gents were kind, helpful and most polite! I, unfortunately, brought in a hassle/headache job! Instead of turning me away, these techs spent the extra time and effort to make sure I got my car on the road! All while continuing that welcoming home town service! This was a rare time when I had some extra cash. I tipped the men and wished them a Happy New Year! My bill turned out cheaper than I expected! There is no PIA fees here! Don't take your vehicles anywhere but here!!!

We experienced a tire issue 4 1/2 hours from home. Clint was extremely helpful and fit us in last minute. Great service and thorough explanation of the problem and repair needed for our tire. Friendly, professional, and reasonably priced!

Car started making a clanging sound as we got into town. Drove 0.2miles up the way to the open garage door. They had several people in the shop but took us in right away no questions asked. Best service you could ever get!!!!! Fixed us up quick and had us back on the road!

I like going here because of Clint and the guys. They supply me with American-made tires for a reasonable price just slightly more than Foreign tires. I like supporting America. Sometimes you have to ask but it is worth it the guys are very reasonable on mounting and balancing and tire repair, it's nice to work with them. Phill

Service was friendly and fast..... not only did they go the extra miles to get my tires.... I brought the car back to troubleshoot an issue. Helpful team worked on issue and called when done.

Our car broke down on the side of the road. And quiet a few cars pass no help. Then came Clint from gateway he stops on his way home to see what was wrong. Makes a call to Andrew. He was just leaving the shop. Andrew brings the correct belt and he and Clint proceed to put the belt on for us . And sends us on our way. What a life saver. The most honest and nicest people we have come across in long time. It restores your faith. There's still good people in this world. Thanks Clint and Andrew. You guys are the best.

Really fast, friendly service! Called in for an oil change and they got me right in. Very responsibly priced. Highly recommend!

I had brought a vehicle in to have tires put on, a wheel bearing replaced, and get it aligned. They were reasonably priced. I did have an issue with the abs light being on after the service. I called them and brought it back and took care of the issue and stood by their service.

Car was vibrating vigorously, and making a horrible rumbling noise. It was so bad, we had to pull of on the next exit. Not from the area, though, extremely happy we stopped in Moose Lake to have the problem checked out. Clint got us in right away, took a look at our vehicle, and after a few minutes, assured us, the issue was caused from all the ice buildup on the undercarriage. We are super grateful for the professional, friendly, speedy service, and peace of mind.

We had tire issues on our way to Duluth. We found Gateway via a quick search and pulled in with an almost flat tire. They had us on our way quickly and were a great group of employees. Thanks!

Pulled in off the freeway with blown trailer tire. Kind, helpful, and sincere service! Immediately helped us get a new tire and back on our way to the lake. Even offered to look at the trailer if we were worried about it. Thanks Clint for saving the day! There's nothing like small town service.

Excellent. We were traveling and encountered a problem with a tire. They got us in right away. They didn't have the tire we needed but helped us locate a shop that did. Friendly people.

Just moved to Moose Lake. Made appt. With Gateway Tire to put our snow tires on. On time, timely and friendly service, and fair price. Even repackaged our tires in plastic bags. We will be back!
