I ran into an issue with my truck. I gave them a call because I had often seen fair pricing and good work done by them for those at my company. I called to see if they could fit me in, and they said to bring it in the next morning they open. They went above and beyond to get the repairs done and get me back on the road within a day. I appreciated the assistance.

My car broke down yesterday. I was having a horrible day. Got my vehicle to Matt at 3pm had it back the next day (today)before noon. Went out of his way to take care of a life long customer. I appreciate it sooo much.. Merry Christmas.. because of Marsh Auto

Called Marsh Auto Monday, and spoke with Amanda. It was so nice to hear a pleasant voice on the other end of the phone! She had my car towed to their garage the same day I called. Matt called the next day, Tuesday and told me what was wrong with my car in detail. He gave me a quote and I was able to pick up my car the very next day. I just want to thank them for being courteous, Matt for his explanation in detail of what was wrong with my car, their promptness, and their ability to communicate with me as to when my car would be ready for pick-up. Thank you so much!!!!

My normal mechanic wasn’t able to fit my son’s car in this week. I really wanted to get his oil changed and car inspected in preparation for two weeks of commuting 4+ hrs/day to complete certification for his new job. I called Marsh Auto Repair and they were able to fit him in. Their customer service rep was helpful and friendly. A few hours after our scheduled appointment, I received a text with a like to a detailed report of the work that was done, the work that needed to be done soon and work that is suggested to be done in the near future. Everything was easy to understand and pictures were included. With just the click of a button I was able to see the estimated cost and approve repairs to be done.
When I called with a couple of questions they were answered quickly and in a professional but friendly manner. I couldn’t be more pleased or impressed. Marsh Auto Repair has earned a new, loyal customer who will recommend their services to anyone who asks.

Just one simple phone call to Marsh and arrangements were made to have my vehicle towed and repaired by the next day. Very convenient. Very trustworthy. I've sent my Dad and his truck repairs to Marsh as well. Dad approved!! What a gem in Niles.

I needed to get my brakes checked. Marsh Auto was the only place that I could find that was open on Saturday. And their drop box allowed me to leave my car there, and pick it up after work hours. The way that they were able to accommodate my schedule was a big selling point for me.

Aside from that, they were very knowledgable and professional, and reasonably price. 5/5 from me

Marsh's saved me so much money on my car. I was scared that I had transmission issues (which I did), but they did research of their own and found out that I qualified for an extended warranty elsewhere. They could have easily let me pay for a whole new transmission without me knowing about a warranty. I have so much respect for these workers after this, and I'll definitely bring my car back in the future!

My last-minute heroes during the polar vortex of 2019. My car would not start, my trunk would not latch, and my hood would not latch fully. I got a jump start from a neighbor, tied the trunk down, and made a few quick calls just a few min before 6pm to see if anyone could get me in. Marsh agreed to hang out a little longer until I got there. I arrived a few min after closing and they went above and beyond. They were patient, kind, and fair. They fixed the latches (just heating and lubing them up a bit because they were very frozen) at no charge and replaced my battery all in less than 30 min. A few weeks has passed and everything is still working great!

Being from out of town, was concerned about getting the brakes looked at on our motorhome. Got a recommendation from a local to check with Marsh auto repair. Talked to Josh and he gave me the confidence to have them check out the rig. Discussed all the issues I needed addressed. And he wanted to make sure that they could get the parts before they committed to doing the work. Anyway they checked the RV and determined we didn't need brakes. They performed work on other issues and had us on our way in a day. Thanks to the crew at Marsh,,!

Marsh Auto is by far the best. They know what they are doing and they will take care of your vehicle and provide you excellent customer service. Jim is a upstanding gentlemen who will communicate with you and will treat you well. I can't say enough about these guys and I am a loyal customer. Go to these guys!!!!!

Matt, Jim and the rest of the team are great. They are very responsive whenever we need anything with any of our cars. They are fast and efficient and the work always gets done right the first time.
