Pretty much useless. The female who called was not interested in helping us at all. She told us to call social security. She obviously has never had to "call" social security or she would know it cannot be done. She refused to take the case and refused to discuss options about the case. We need an attorney and this one was recommended to us. We will find another attorney, one with employees who have personality and a willingness to help. My husband is bedridden in a hospital and social security is denying his claim, so we need help.
