Excellent service. A desk in the window caught my eye. I stopped in and was greeted right away by Ryan who was polite and friendly with a great smile. They have a huge selection to choose from. I purchased an older desk that was a much better quality than new desks we looked at. Got a great deal and it was loaded into my car lickity split! Thank you so much Ryan! We love the desk!

We were having trouble with our All Steel lateral filing cabinet, and Ryan from B & H went out of his way to help figure out the problem and fix it. Most stores wouldn’t go that extra mile and would instead try to sell you something, but Ryan went that extra mile to troubleshoot a cabinet that was older and not even purchased from B & H.

I will not hesitate to recommend and make future office furniture purchases from B & H based on this experience. The level of service, professionalism, and kindness Ryan displayed was second to none.

Came in looking for a chair that would not hurt my back. I had cheap chairs from big box stores and after a few hours my back would become sore. Ryan guided me through the selection of chairs and recommended one that I love. I can spend my work day in it and not feel sore after. I had it for a little over 2 weeks and no pain. I will highly recommend this place to anyone that needs office furniture. Service was amazing and Ryan was very knowledgeable.

Side note, I fell asleep in my new chair last night it's so comfortable

I recently started working from home permanently and was in desperate need of a better office chair. After searching high and low online and in some of the large retailers, we decided to pay a visit to B&H and boy am I grateful for this place! The gentleman that worked with us was EXTREMELY helpful and kind. They have a huge selection and options for any budget. He also let us kind of wander and look around instead of hovering, which I appreciated. I ended up getting a fantastic chair that I've been using for about a week now. I paid the same as I would've for one of the open-box, floor models I was looking at at another store, but this chair is 10 times better! It's a pre-owned chair, but with a new cushion. The gentleman at B&H was very knowledgeable about the different types of chairs, gave us a heads up about general maintenance, and even carried the chair out and loaded it into our car! All in all, going there was an awesome experience and, whenever I'm ready to upgrade my desk or need other office equipment, B&H WILL have my business!!

I’m so so impressed with the office furniture that I just recently purchased with B&H, they were able to customized to my liking of what I had in mind, I didn’t have that option with other stores online and in the area that I was checking out prior to finding B&H, I’m really glad that I let my fingers do the walking in the good ol yellow pages and made that call to them instead of just going with the places I’ve previously come across that didn’t have the options to my liking before making a final decision. So yeah I would recommend anybody a million times over to definitely check out B&H office furniture store. These people got it going on seriously, I mean if you’re seriously looking to purchase some office furniture and you come across B&H, check them out and please don’t just think about it, do what nike said..just do it and go with it like the title of the movie with Jennifer Aniston and Adam Sandler in it lol 😉👍🏾

A HUGE shout out to Ryan and the crew at B&H Office Furniture Inc!
We started working with Ryan at the end of 2020 on updating our work office furniture and changing some of the office layout to create more individualized work spaces adding partial walls (to protect our employees from the spread germs and create more private work areas).
Ryan listened to our ideas, shared some of his own ideas and coordinated with a layout specialist. He definitely created the best possibe options for us!! Any hours of the day, holidays and weekends Ryan was available to answer my questions. He made me feel like we were his top priority in getting us set up the best way!!
We have also purchased used office furniture from B&H. Very reasonably priced and a HUGE selection!! If you have any home or office needs for furniture, filing cabinets etc, I only recommend B&H / Ryan! You will always be greeted with a friendly smile and he will work very hard to meet your needs!!

They were awesome! I purchased a beautiful desk and chairs from B & H. The staff that delivered my order were courteous, caring and went above and beyond to make sure that I was totally satisfied (they even set up my computer!). Ryan was incredible! He held my hand (so to speak) throughout the entire process. I'm already purchasing more furniture from them as I'm typing this! They are highly rated for good reason. I was in and out quickly and got exactly what I wanted.

These gentlemen hooked me up with the best one I’ve ever sat in at a good price. It’s a superbly comfortable high-back chair. It leans well, it rolls well, it rotates well, it’s really solid, and it doesn’t tip over.

Far better service than I’ve ever gotten at a chain store, and a better result and experience than shopping online.

I was astounded by the amount of solid, attractive furniture I found here. The place is bigger than it looks! I went in for a couple chairs and found lovely things to furnish my entire office, at at extremely fair pricing. The store is clean and well organized and the staff are knowledgeable and very helpful, exactly the Good People you expect in Rockford. I wish I could recommend them higher than 5 stars. As a second generation owner Ryan, and his staff, go above and beyond what would generally be considered good customer service. B & H Office Furniture on Broadway has endless quality inventory! I called and Sean measured, took photos, and sent pics of the furniture I was interested in, so I didn't waste a trip. They were just what I wanted, so I came to the store and was overwhelmed with their massive selection! Very nice and capable men delivered my furniture on the day of my choice. B & H is practically a Rockford institution and family owned. It's a wonderful place to do business!

This is one of Rockford's hidden gems! I was looking for a work desk for my home office and just wasn't finding what I want in the big box stores or online. Then, I remembered this place and decided to take a chance. WOWZA! I'm so glad I did. They had exactly what I want and the price was right. You will be amazed at the size of the place and the amount of used and vintage office furniture they have in stock. Definitely worth checking out. There is SO MUCH to see! I will definately be back the next time I need office furniture.
