The first time I was at this office, I honestly didn’t expect to receive such courteous and professional help. At the end, I can truly say that this had been the best Accoutant we have ever used. Having said that, I have recommended her service to my acquaintances and friends. Taking them as our new accountant was the wisest decision ever made.

I brought my paperwork in to their office and Glenn quickly assessed my needs and quoted me $150 for two state returns and a federal return. Mindy took care of the rest, and I was out in under an hour. Sure beats the $200 price quote from H&R Block and the service was great! I will be back next year! Hours in previous review are accurate. Professional Tax is accurate, detailed, and pleasant. They treat each customer with respect. They are efficient and there is no wait. Walk-ins are welcomed which is very helpful. Prices are extremely fair due to this company being family owned and operated for over 20 years. Trust is big factor here too. We trust Professional Tax Service to keep our personal confidential information safe and secure. Another plus with Professional Tax Service is that they are OPEN all year which is very beneficial for individuals who file later, extensions, copies of tax returns, and financial/tax questions!!!!
