This place was very pleasant. The doctor ordered only testing pertaining to my issue and did not have to worry about all the frills other offices try to incorporate into my visits. clear and concise. loved it.

Been going here for MS...not by my choice but insurance. Just like everyone else's reviews, it is the same thing every appointment EVEN IF YOU HAVE CURRENT MEDICAL CONCERNS: put your hands out, close your eyes, taps the knees, walk a few steps. Ok, see you in 6 months. WORTHLESS! And I pay money for this! Lack of quality care at it's finest. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE PLEASE.

Husband had gone here for quite sometime, and never got any help for his tremors. Every visit was like the last. put your hands out straight, walk foreword. That was it, no help at all, plus he was so rude and sarcastic. He finally left retired? Stay away

I can see why they have a lot of one star reviews. I had to have an EEG done (brain scan) to make sure that I wasn’t having seizures. They gave me no instructions before having the test done. The turned me away twice and refused to set up another appointment. The first time I went there, I coughed and they said I needed to be tested for the Coronavirus. The second time they said I had too much conditioner in my hair. I found out from Swedish American that I couldn’t have any caffeine either! They probably would have turned me away the third time because of a lack of care and instructions!

Do not go here for epilepsy/seizure complications. My time and money was wasted. The office staff is not helpful. I was hung up on when trying to ask questions. I transferred to OSF neurological institute and they have had trouble getting my test results from Rockford neuroscience. They are very difficult to deal with and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Staff don't return phone calls. Receptionist has an attitude and likes telling you that you are at fault for not having a refill in time after giving them 5 business days worth of time to sign a piece of paper and send it into the pharmacy. You can also see they have no idea how much suffering goes on waiting for a drug that helps your mother's Huntington's chorea shakes. But sure blame the patient and their family for your horrible service.

They are not interested in a relationship with patients, they do not return phone calls, looks like they don't deal well with insurance, and nobody knows what's happening with absolutely anything . Doctor is fine, but the rest of the staff should have a better training if they had any.

Absolutely horrible was sent here for a workman’s comp situation after hitting head never checked my head almost never looked away from computer had me stick my arms out straight and tried shining a light in my eyes which he wasn’t able to because it hurts then had me walk back and forth a few times while he stared at his computer as I stumble across the room because ive had vision problems as well then has me take my socks and shoes off then he runs a stick up my foot tells me to put them back on then that was it thensays as im leaving that there isn’t anything wrong from a neuro stand point

I had a consult with my ENT and he indicated there was nothing wrong with my ears but the cancer radiation to my head and neck did do some damage. He feels the next step is a neurological exam. He referred me to the neurological institute. I called and they said there was a six month wait due to the limited number of providers at OSF! Caveat Emptor!

These people are rude and don't care about patients. Ran out of medication january 2021 and this office wouldn't follow up with insurance and assisstamce foundation.

They would never return phone calls and I was put on hold and then hung up on. The staff is very cold and callous! Doesn't seem to be very concerned for patient care.

They canceled my appt in February and I took off work. Called to reschedule and still had to wait 3 months to get in. If U have a tumor or think u do dont go here.

The doctor was extremely rude and condescending and all I wanted was some relief for my neuropathy. Whatever happened to good bedside manner?

The worst place ever wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. The neurologist does not care at all!!! Please never come here. Receptionist acts just like him RUDE.

Receptionist is rude as hell, hung up on me once she said that they didn’t take my insurance.

The doctor was so rude that I left in the middle of the examination.
