Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

I went to buy some paint today and I'm glad I was attended by Hope and Anthony. I don't want to exaggerate but these guys are very nice, they took the time to find the paint my contractor used several years ago on my shop so I was able to do some touch ups. I wish all the businesses had the same costumer service. Thank you guys.

First time I ordered Wallpaper in my life!. Nathan at Rockford store handled my ordered which I provided only a Source item number and maker {Riley} that I found at another SW wallpaper book, that this store did not have. He ordered it, I paid in full, a week later I was driving by and stopped to check in on my order. To my surprise it had arrived that day! Nathan was helpful and knows what he is doing. He showed it to me and it was it! It was packaged from the company in just a bag not a box or padded, it appeared ok. The store shelf was empty of Wallpaper sizing Primer cans and was told to check back? No one offered to order it for me so I will need to now find it to have my wallpaper professionally installed. Prior to ordering rolls, SW also referred a wallpaper installer which was most helpful. She assisted me in telling me how many rolls my project would require. I guess I live on the edge because I didn't even order a sample first, but I love it!

Nathan and the team always do a great job to take care of our needs when we come in! Thank you so much for being so helpful and knowledgeable, it's what keeps us coming back! Love the paint, it is easy to cut in with and cover so well with just one coat. We love those contractor events and usually try to stock up. Wouldn't dream of getting paint anywhere else now.

We went in there looking for something specific in a stain, but not certain of the colour. What we picked out was gorgeous in colour but not good for indoor use.. they asked us to bring in some small pieces of sample wood that we were going to use on the wall & they would play around with it and see what they could come up with while still leaving us the integrity of the wood. (we like knots & character) Both colours turned out extremely AWESOME and we've opted to use both of them (one in the bedroom & the other as a feature wall in the living room) The people were friendly and VERY helpful! We're VERY pleased!!!

They really helped with our selecting the best type of paint for the area we painted! Also, the color selection was great and worked perfect.

The staff is knowledgeable and listens to what you are saying. Had to get more paint and was at another store that did not have the paint I needed your employee waited for me to drive to that store and had the paint all mixed and ready to go when I got there.

Outstanding Customer Service. I thought shopping at a Sherwin Williams store would be more expensive than buying paint from a bog box store. Not the case! It was actually less expensive.

Josh has an excellent eye for colors. Everyone at this location works hard to make sure that you have the products that will work for you. Great customer service!
