Michelle knows QuickBooks deeper than anyone I know. She can walk you through an issue like she’s sitting in front of it, even when she’s not. She knows the menus, screens and functions inside out.
I use QuickBooks for my inventory. When I went to my Profit and Loss I realized that a large chunk of my sales was classified in the wrong classes. We have a few customers that like many companies use them as a vendor also for other things.
Michelle quickly found and fixed my improperly classified sales info.
We had them going generically going into Sales of Product Income.
More importantly she recommended to add vendor and customer at the end of their name. So my people don’t just click it in one second and keep making the same mistake.
Something simple, but I never would have thought about that.
Apparently I’m not the first manufacturing customer at Calvary making that mistake.

I own a small business. One of the most important things you should know is your finances. I will be the first to admit that QuickBooks and I are not friends. However in my two and a half hours Julie taught me more about QuickBooks than I've learned in twelve and a half years at another very well known accounting firm. Her knowledge of QuickBooks is shown by her ability to explain the different processes in very simple, layman terms. She doesn't assume if you own the program you know how to use it.
