Jane made the process of pre planning arrangements so easy and comfortable for my mother. She was very knowledgeable, patient and caring. We never felt pressured or like we were being sold items or services we didn’t need. She did a wonderful job explaining options and helping my mother with a prepaid plan based on her wishes.

Our family has always used Olson's for help when we have lost a family member. My. parents knew the elder Olson's back in the day and felt comfortable coming here. The help and the care shown to us here recently with the passing of my mother was top-notch. We were very happy with everything that Olson's did to help us through a difficult time. I am truly grateful for Scott. He a was blessing to my mom, brother, and I. Helping us with the sudden passing of my stepdad. Even though this a business, he never made us feel like that way. He and his team worked with the VA on our behalf. Which made things easier for us.We explained what my stepdad wanted and Scott made sure that it happened. The after care was helpful also. He even thought my little cousin was hilarious. Who tried to keep everyone in good spirits. She always say "I'll rather see you smiling and laughing than crying". I reached out to Olson for assistance with the arrangements for my Aunt. She did the pre-planning many years ago when she was living in Rockford. Scott Olson and his team were so very helpful to me as I worked through the process from Chicago. They were patient with my concerns and questions and so very kind. They made this very difficult time much easier for me.

My mother and grandparents were all taken care of by Olsen, as far back as 1968. They did a fantastic job with my relatives appearance. My brother was sent across the street and he looked like a log even though he was a thin man. It was awful. My mother said my great aunt looked like a clown when she was done there because of her makeup. I will ONLY go to Olsen's. We've always trusted them and always pleased with their service.

10 STARS.....My Experience at Fred C. Olson's are so Heartfelt, that I get touched, when I think what they did for me, in the time of need... every person on staff, treated me like family. I will forever cherish, the time everyone spent with me, to slowly guide me Thru the process of losing a loved one. The Compassion they gave, will last a lifetime.
I honestly feel like, I have friends forever, that I can call on, ANYTIME I am feeling down, with the loss of my beautiful Mother.
