Highly recommended!! PJ got my car in today and fixed within 2 hours! He'll show you the old parts and what was wrong with them, when most mechanics don't do that!! He's very honest and not horribly expensive!!

We love our mechanic. He will tell you the truth. Being the only person who works there you can't always get in right away but that's okay because we know it will be done right.

I have gone to PJ at Leonard’s for YEARS. I now live out of state, but my parents still live in Rockford. I often will leave an issue on my car until I visit them and can take it to PJ! 100% honest work, and PJ is a great person. Don’t go anywhere else!!

I've known this guy since I was 16 and I don't know how many times I brought my car in and he took the time to fix it quick at no charge . I'm moving to florida soon and my van had a clunk in the front so I called him up 40years later Since ive last been there ...He checked it out and charged me nothing once Again because he couldnt find the source , same as myself but i needed a second opinion before i hit the road . You dont find shops like this out there ....im not saying he's going to do everyone's work for free but he's honest and when he does charge he's not going to rip you off. I do all my own mechanical work and I do not trust any shops out there except this guy .........PERIOD
