Very nice staff! They were very knowledgeable and made the process as easy as they could. Clean facility, awesome doctor. I had my card in a different state and this group helped me so much! Definitely recommend!

Jennifer was beyond helpful and very patient walking me through the ENTIRE process from setting the appointment to the zoom call with the dr and then getting my registration done. She spent more than enough time helping me with every question I had. Dr. Avalos was so nice as well!

David is an absolutely awesome person. He is a professional and a caring compassionate to everyone he talks with. Not only was he able to find a solution to my problem even though it was not through him with no benefit to him. He pointed me in the right direction and explained everything to me step by step. I was absolutely amazed at the time he took and went over everything. It's hard to find doctors like him now a days.

Thought I would have to wait a week or two for an appointment, but they were able to fit me in last minute, and I'm so glad they did! Even though I called multiple times with various questions, Jennifer patiently answered them all and walked me through each step. Dr. Dauphin-Van Dyk is very easy to talk to and really listens to what you have to say. Definitely recommend MCCO to anyone thinking about getting a medical card. Also, can't wait to start buying seeds to grow my own plants.

The doctor was great. Had a slight mishap with trying to get seeds during covid, and an unfortunate event that happened out of their control, but Jennifer took care of it and in the end it all worked out. Very pleased.

The medical cannabis community outreach has the best customer service that I’ve dealt with out of my year of going. They made me feel comfortable and could answer all of my questions along with simple common courtesy to the patients, which is something you really don’t get too often nowadays. This place is awesome

Is Lori running this office as well? I know she runs the addison office. But just wanted to say thank you for ur help. Still waiting on my card but I did receive my provision letter. I heard the state was backed up but I'm not sure
