What a joke PNC is. It took me 20 minutes to cash a check for less than $100. Only one person was there besides me. No apology was given for making me wait that long. I've never experienced worse customer service at a bank in my life. Avoid this location at all costs. It should take 5 minutes to complete a transaction.

Their website messes up almost every night, and the transactions are not in order. The staff there are all good!
Don't use the ATM they just took my money and told me that they cannot give me my money back that they don't even have nothing to do with the ATMs that they use at there bank so now I cannot make my deposit or use my account.

My son and I sat In the drive thru stall #2 from 11:38 until 12:30 while the driver ahead of us made 7 transactions, with a line of cars behind us!!! Isn’t there a limit to the amount of transactions in drive thru? I told him that he should consider another bank or even a credit union! Two stalls open on a Saturday and no access to the lobby, whose idea was that? They certainly lacked common sense, in my opinion 👎🏾
