This US Cellular store is wonderful. Our salesperson, Austin, was fantastic. My friend needed to get a new phone to upgrade from 3G. Austin made this process extremely easy. He was very proficient and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions with patience. I am going back today to switch my service and my mother’s to US Cellular because it’s nice to know that I can receive top notch service at this location. Just wanted to update my review. I went back to the store today to transfer my service from Straight Talk to U S Cellular and again received excellent service. I wasn’t in the best of mood after dealing with Straight Talk for two days and Gabriel made my visit a very easy and pleasant experience. His customer service is more than awesome. I would highly recommend this US Cellular store if you want knowledgeable, professional, and friendly service.

I just got the most awesome assistance from Austin in the Rock Falls, IL office. He very, very patiently and skillfully helped me with a issue that had gone on with different carrier for several months. I am a new US Cellular customer, but I am so grateful for his help and I very highly recommend this store!!

Dan was the best. He was efficient friendly and made my family and I feel welcome. The process for upgrading my phone was exceptionally smooth. I was in and out within an hour easily. I dreaded the upgrade from past experiences that seemed to take 3-4 hours. Not the case any longer, especially if you have backed up your device on iCloud. Dan thank you for the excellent service today! I will be back for sure!

Blane was amazing!! He was able to help me set up new phones and multi tasked while doing so. He helped other customers when we were waiting for updates on the phones. I still felt like his primary customer throughout it all. I had been in 3 different US Cellular stores the day before and left as I was not acknowledged after waiting at least 20-25 minutes in 1 of the stores. The others had longer waiting times. I was so pleased to walk into this store and was greeted and help immediately. He answered all of my questions (I had a lot of them) and was so helpful. He was training Kane and I felt that Kane was doing so well with Blane as a mentor. This is the only US Cellular store I plan on going to from now on. Thank you Blane!

I purchased a much needed Samsung GalaxyS21G5 from an unbelievable salesman, Eduardo Cortez. He is a wonderful listener, and knew just how to assist me. It had been years since I had a new phone, so my anxiety about new learning was at it's height, and Eduardo was very calm and patient.

I left the store and wrote down any questions I had as I was navigating through my new phone. Four days later, I went back to Next Generation Wireless with my list of questions, and two more amazing sale personnel helped me, Dan and Austin. All of my questions were happily answered, and I purchased another charger. It was another nice experience. Thank you to all!!

I had gone to the Sterling IL US Cellular store today and a lady asked if she could help me, then I had explained that I wanted to up grade my phone. She asked for my phone number and typed it in, then she repeated it back to me with a completely wrong number. I gave her my number again and she told me “there was no upgrade available and she could not help me so have a nice day”. Then I asked her if there was any promotions, she replied “None”. SO I had went to Rock Falls IL US cellular store 10 minutes later, which is across the bridge from Sterling. A young extremely nice gentleman Eduardo Cortes asked if he could help me, so again I had explained that I wanted to up grade my phone. I gave him my number and he had explained to me that 4 out of my 5 phones were eligible for upgrades and that US Cellular was having a $150 promotion on the type of phone I wanted plus HE had explained that they would buy my old phone from me to us towards any taxes, case, charge ect. My daughter and I had walked out of the store with brand new phones, and the gentleman put on our liquid protector for us with a smile. Thank you Eduardo Cortes for the excellent customer service and the pleasant vibe you gave off, We need more just like Eduardo Cortes in this world.

Nichole was very polite and helpful. She assisted me to get wireless charger working and replaced in car. She helped me with voice mail and update. Phone was also backed up. Thank you very much.

Summer Shepherd was the associate that assisted me with a new phone upgrade. Service was exceptional and efficient. This was the best service I have ever experienced at a cellular phone office.

Eduardo Cortes and Summer Shepherd both helped with my phone service he helped me first and then she did they are very pleasant and very helpful and did a great job at helping me find what was the best plan for me !! I give them both 5 stars
