I’m very pleased with service at this establishment. Denise works as front desk and is very patient and kind, she always helps me with no problems or attitude. My husband and I have been coming to Mark Berger for a couple years now and we never once had an issue with them. Long story short I lost my grandpa to cancer a couple years back and he left me his 1998 grand marquis in mint condition, unfortunately the car got hit twice and it was a lost cause. That being said it was really hard for me to even think about getting another car. I ended up just going to look just for fun at Mark Berger with no attention of purchasing, that is until I met the sales person Josh! He took me around the lot showed me my options and was very helpful. I ended up seeing a car I really liked and josh was so nice he helped me pick out the car and even worked with me and my credit score. The people that work here really treat you like family and I will not think about going anywhere to else to purchase my vehicles again. Even on rough times they work with you. Oh one last thing you get little fake cash that you get to keep and save each payment you make on your car, if you don’t buy outright obviously. You can save them and use them towards your next car you purchase with them. Say you save 50 of those tickets they are each worth $2 that would be $100 off on your next car. Anyways I Love this place !

I bought my Town and Country with Josh at Berger Motors. At first I was hesitant because of the negative reviews but after speaking with Josh and also having my van for a little bit now I can confidently say this place is wonderful. With realistic expectation of not having the cars bought at a buy here pay here for 3/5 grand last forever or be in perfect condition, my van runs great. There is no mechanical issues and that’s the most important thing. Josh not only made sure to put myself and my two young kids in something safe that works best for us but also worked with me as far as price and what I was able to put down as a deposit. He is an excellent salesman and I’m happy to have brought my business to him. My family and I are very grateful

Great place and Awesome people! We've never had any major issues and they are always willing to work with you. We've sent Friends & Family to them as well and they've been happy too! When buying used vehicles there's always uncovered issues but again your buying used and not brand new so things happen as in Life. We purchased our 1st vehicle in 2007 and have always been happy and now our children will be purchasing theirs to soon. Make payments according to your budget, get free Popcorn & Pop & Smiles 😁

I was waiting a few months to see how the car I got from Mark would drive before leaving feedback.

The car was a very affordable vehicle with some cosmetic issues (mostly rust) but it is to be expected with a used car. The car has not had any mechanical issues so far. There was no hidden fees and cars can be purchased with a credit card, which is a positive for me. They are also open to price negotiation.

I dealt directly with Mark Berger and he is a really nice down to earth guy.

I will come back the next time I am looking for an affordable used vehicle.

I highly reccomend going to Mark Berger Motors when looking for a car! If you’re looking for an affordable car that runs and looks great, you really need to check this place out. My boyfriend bought a car from here and the entire experience was nothing less than great. The staff are all so friendly and knowledgeable and they have nothing but your best interest in mind. We visited several dealerships that tried pressuring us into buying cars way out of the price range we offered, whereas the salesmen here knew and understood our price range and aimed to find us the best deal. We’ve had no problems with the car and ended up getting a better deal than expected.
