U-Stor-It Self Storage - Rockford

We were so happy to find this U-Store-It location. LuAnn was truly amazing to work with. We were stressed about finding a last minute safe location in Rockford while visiting from St. Louis. LuAnn was polite, professional, and friendly. She answered our many questions and patiently worked with us as we verified our insurance coverage for the storage unit. I would strongly recommend this location for its incredible staff and cleanliness of the unit and front office.

LuAnn in the office is wonderful! I originally rented a 5x10. About a week later I realized I needed a little bit more storage space. Went in and talked to her, she got me in a 10x10 with no problems. Overall I’m happy with my decision choosing U-Store-It, to store my belongings while in the process of moving. The unit was clean. Staff is friendly. Definitely will recommend this place to anyone! Will use this location again if needed!
