Poor management been complaining for over a year and still no resolution.! But yet they want to charge me rent, and expect for me and my children to stay here can’t cook with out rodents coming out so we just don’t eat here my kids wake up in the middle of the night scared not able to sleep.

I've lived here since 2018 an had pest problems since the day I moved in. I am compliance with pest control. My apartment is sprayed every two weeks. I have informed the property management Mindy Fisher of the problem and nothing has been done!! I asked to speak with a hire up to complain about her idgaf attitude an was given the name an number of her supposed boss Lora who told me (I have 150 plus property's to manage 110 of them have pest problems or need to be repaired so your going to need to be more patient with us!! I then asked for her management in which she replied she was the CEO of HUD an didn't have any higher ups!! If anyone has any advice I willing to listen!!

This place is so ghetto,office people are the worst, they are racist,out of ethics irresponsable lazy people, on professional how just have preferences.
Don't recommend at all.
