Just tried to make an appointment....whoever made the recording on their message was seriously having a bad day.

I am a chronic asthma patient diagnosed and treated from a very young age. Dr. V and his office have for 2 weeks been denying me a prescription for my albuterol rescue inhaler that I have been filling for 20 years. They have no issue refilling a new depression medication prescribed by the doctor himself. However, they are too lazy to check medical records and see that every month since CHILDHOOD I have been receiving a rescue inhaler prescription. Not having this inhaler in the past has landed me in the hospital pretty quickly. I have been attempting to refill the simple prescription for 2 weeks, and been left on hold, or not called back nearly everyday. I would never suggest this doctor to anyone because they would prefer to endanger my small children and I by telling me I am required to have an in-person visit in the midst of a covid pandemic in one of the worst county's in the state. It is quite evident that the doctor and his office is more concerned with pushing certain medications, and getting a dime, while leaving people with real life threatening health issues like asthma without help.
