Dr. Vold is amazing. I’ve been with him for about three years now. My husband started coming to him about a year ago as well and we’ve never had any issues. The answering people do their best to help with any issues whether it’s scheduling problems, trying to get a prescription refilled, etc. You can tell since merging with UW Chicago that there’s issues they’re trying to resolve but overall I think the facility, the doctors especially, want what’s best for the patients. I can’t speak for the dental or walk in side. Just Dr Volds office.

Dr Jennifer Waller-Smith is the most compassionate dentist i have ever had. In a scale of 1 to 10 I would give her a top 10! She
is very thorough/detailed and referred me to an oral surgeon who can do both an extraction and an implant at the same clinic so i do not have to see different dentists for both. This Dr Waller-Smith is surely one of a kind and i highly recommend her to everyone!!! Her dental assistant,Priscilla, is likewise very knowledgeable and caring ! Kudos to both ! MSLP Dental Clinic,you got the best staff!

They offer great primary care health services along with dentistry. Both go above and beyond. I had to have a cap put on one of my back teeth and they even got the insurance to cover that. I've been a few times for cleaning, filling, etc. Every aspect of their services never ceases to amaze me. A Dr. or dentist you can almost actually look forward to lol

I have gone to this clinic for a while now and im very HAPPY I have. Dr Liao is the best! I have had experiences were i didn't feel so welcome at front desk. But being here years i have noticed that everyone is actually very nice and helpful even if sometimes it doesn't quite seem like it. All I can say for others with different experiences is to be nice to staff,nurses, Doctors, etc. And if someone is treating you unfairly or is just not nice try to let them know in a respectful manner. Speak up but do it respectfully. As for the Doctors, Most of them are amazing and very caring towards your needs and what is best for you. Give it a chance. 🖤

I have been a patient of Dr. Ironside for many years. She delivered my three granddaughters. She is excellent ! A true model of what a real Dr should be. I can not say enough great things about her. I believe she truly, truly loves what she does because she cares about her patients and provides the best possible treatment.

Highly efficient, compassionate, and competent staff. Easy to make appointments, convenient parking. Excellent follow-up care and referrals to specialists. Accepts Medicaid insurance and new patients, also behavioral health. A great healthcare center!

They were amazing Dr. Palmer and Dr. Liao did everything they could to ensure both my babies and mines health. They were patient and very caring. I’m so thankful to them.

I Have had Dr. Ross for almost 30 years: Superb! When he wasn't available recently I was assigned to Dr. Liao: she too was absolutely brilliant.

I have to make a appointment because something is not right is about life and my family is I don't know is everyone hear this.

Dr Irinside is the best. I've been seeing her for over 20 years. If for some reason I can't see her because she is teaching new doctors, I always get a qualified doctor.

I used to go there about six years ago. They are so friendly and helpful. That's why I want to go back. I moved away, but me and my new husband are moving back in this area. I will not go anywhere else.

Great staff and doctors even though they are learning they try their hardest to help you!

Grate doctors and real good customer service

Very attentive and caring

I like the Doctors here but what I don’t like is that we always have to wait for so long after our appointments to be seen.

Since moving back to Rockford I've had 3 different doctors here. ALL have been fantastic. My previous doctor, Dr. V, graduated the week I was hospitalized for bypass surgery and made time to visit. Both he and my current doctor put patients first so I'm happy with the care here.

I have generally had good experiences here. I feel like my doctor is really on my side and wants me to get better. He has helped me get off of the wrong medications and is helping find the cause of my symptoms.

I would give 5 stars but sometimes I arrive on time and I still wait 20 to 30 minutes. Overall LP Johnson has the best doctors and nurses
