Divine Creations Salon & Spa

I had the opportunity to visit Divine Creations when I needed my hair done on the spur of the moment. I called and was treated with respect and the staff made my visit a most memorable one. They made me feel welcome and I felt very much at home. I would recommend their services.

Divine Creations is such a great place to relax and rejuvenate. The staff that works there is awesome. Tracy the owner is a wonder and very talented lady. I love going there. Tracy does such a great job on my hair.. I love Divine Creations.... I can't wait till tomorrow for my appointment.

I had my hair highlighted there recently and I couldn't be happier. Making the appointment was easy and convenient. I showed up about 30 minutes too early and they took me!! The stylist was friendly and professional. She made a couple of suggestions for me. I have received several of compliments on my color. this salon is really divine!!

I had a deep tissue wonderful massage and the front desk ladies are so professional and sweet. I also grabbed one of their deals around Valentines day for my husband, a hot towel, haircut and massage package that he enjoyed and it was so affordable!

Divine Creations has a great atmosphere and a wonderful selection of services - they are not your typical salon! The owner and her staff are very accommodating. They are very eager to talk about the latest progress in health and beauty and to give you suggestions to add to your own beauty regimen. Divine Creations is worth exploring - go see them!

SERVICE: I redeemed a Groupon for a one hour massage with Tonya W. today. I was able to upgrade from a Swedish massage to a deep tissue massage for $5. My experience was pleasant and Tonya was able to adjust her techniques to my needs and requests. She checked in with me a few times to make sure the pressure was just right, which it was. All the ladies I have come in contact with have been professional, welcoming and helpful.

VALUE: Their usual charge for a one hour deep tissue massage is $60 which is right on target for the service I received today. With the reduced price of the Gropon, the massage was a FIVE STAR VALUE..

FACILITY: Although the outside appearance of the building leaves something to be desired for a spa location, the inside of the spa is bright with natural light and calming with appropriate color scheme and decor where it needs to be. It is also clean and maintained. There is lots of parking in the rear of the building which is where you will find the entrance. I felt comfortable and totally at ease through my entire visit.

BOTTOM LINE: I would recommend Divine Creations for solid service at a reasonable price (regular prices) and I would certainly encourage others to experience what they have to offer for the reduced price of Groupons (coupons).

It's been awhile since I was in there, but the people were nice. It's a small place though. I know a lot of people who have been there too, or I hear them mention Divine Creations often. Convenient location too.

I tried multiple times starting in Feb to get an appointment for my massage that I recieved as a gift. I kept getting the run saying that they didn't have a massage therapist and that the dates kept getting pushed back. The manager told me it was my fault for not booking the times I called, even though it was her staff that kept telling me I couldn't and that they would call me in a week with dates. Poor poor customer service. I would never recommend

The location was kind of creepy, and inside the building did not feel like a salon. The staff was unprofessional. The lady who did my facial left stuff on my face after i was done. She did not seem comfortable or confident in what she was doing.
