The 1st time I was here was not long after they opened. I wear an 11, and they had almost nothing in my size. Now, I was able to find at least 10x's the number of shoes in my size. I have knee issues and ended up wearing them out of the store. The clerk was kind enough to cut the tags off for me.

Fantastic customer service. They know how to actually speak with a customer. Smiles. Very organized store clean location.its obvious The manager coaches the staff. Great job. Management makes the job fun. Which comes out with the conversations smiles not only on face but in voice.

I love skechers. Since my NSCLC stage IV diagnosis 10 years ago, it's the only brand of sandals and shoes I use and the fact they have a wide option fits me perfectly. Most comfortable shoes ever.

I wear non-slip shoes to work every day. Sketchers has a really nice selection of non-slip styles to choose from and they're usually pretty well stocked on sizes and widths, as well. Beyond non-slip, the store is huge. My youngest like the shoes that light up. I like their casual styles. I think they always have a buy one, get one half off special in store. I also signed up for their rewards program so now I get coupons and discounts emailed to me along with free shipping.

They were helpful. None my size on shelves, your employee went in back and found last pair in my size. Very thankful she went the extra mile. They were friendly and greeted us as we came in even while waiting on other customers. Rockford Illinois Skechers Store on E. STATE ST.

Hubby and I went in today (Sunday, Jan 13th, 2019) shortly after they opened. It was pretty busy and the one employee that we saw was very energetic, helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond with the child of the customer ahead of us. He was very sweet.
The store was clean. The selection was very good.
We'll shop at Sketchers again.

We asked for help finding specific shoe sizes as well as types of shoes. We were helped quickly. We tried on four pairs of shoes and purchased two of the pairs in less than twenty minutes! The store was very clean and was organized.

Plenty of shoes in different looks and styles to chose from. Was lucky in timing being 50% off a second pair of shoes. Noticed they are carrying work boots and shoes as well so i will be watching to see if they start carrying boots that are safety rated for my work. Being able to get comfortable safety rated boots without needing to spend a lot extra for orthotic inserts would be awesome.

I work in retail and I'm on my feet a lot. I love my Sketchers, they're cute and comfy even after a long shift. I liked the store, too. the staff was friendly, and the store was clean and well laid out. i'll definitely be back!
