I was working for an online food delivery company when I fell on a woman's property. Originally, I thought I could sue the property owner. Fortunately, I had Atty Monteleone on my case. Through his expert knowledge and experience with the law, he determined that I actually could sue three separate parties. In addition, my medical expenses were around $58,000, and Atty Monteleone negotiated that amount down to about $18,000. Wow!!! He also researched and found a lessor known Illinois law that allowed me to sue the delivery company I was working for, and they paid about half of the $18,000. Atty Monteleone always returned my phone calls, texts, and emails within an hour, even on weekends. He did such a wonderful job and took care of everything, and I could just rest and heal at home. We learned the hard way that we should have went with these guys first. We did not because of a recommendation that came to us. The first attorneys we went with (Macloskey and Kessler) gave us nothing but the runaround for what had to have been at least a couple months. Every time we would call them to get some sort of update, we would get some BS that completely avoided what we called for in the first place. That was another problem, they would never call us. In September 2018 I had a family member from MN injured in an accident while traveling in Illinois.
