Excellent customer service. Every employee I walked by greeted me and asked if I needed help. We bought 6 pairs of shoes that day. Very pleased with the store. Great BOGO deals and Clearance is always great bonus. We will be going back. Love this location. Clean store, very organized and we'll stocked.

Josh I believe is store management at the Rockford location, He went above and beyond to assist me not once but twice with gym shoes, I had to return that I bought online two separate times and he was able to fit me in the perfect shoes.
No more returns. I told him going forward I will not shop online, I am coming in the store.

Many shoes to select your favorite. A variety of choices made may decision fun. Easy to understand the layout. Store employees made my experience easier to handle, especially since I was needing a new shoe store. I found a place I liked. And I enjoyed shopping for cool shoes!

Very large shoe and boot selections for adults and children at name brand quality you can rely on. This store has all the the latest styles and brands at reasonable prices. We really like the " buy 1 pair get 2nd pair at 1/2 price" sales program and the spectacular end of season markdowns! You'll always find something here for you and your family!

Took my daughter out with her father and went out to go shopping and we stop in to see what the had for Converse shoes and they was having a special and the prices was great even on the shoes that wasn't on sell ! They have a nice size clearance items for sale! Just be careful that you make sure the have the change price is on the box or you might not get the discount! Also people also like to leave shoes on the rack that the just don't want to put them back in the right place! So don't get to happy if there isn't a clearance price on them somewhere! And I was getting a nice pair of Skechers for $20 and coming to find out they were not even supposed to be on the clearance rack even though they have a sticker on them so the $28 Skechers went up to $60 bucks took my joy right away from me! It sucked! But a very nice place to go for your foot wear needs! They have more then just shoes for your feet! Check them out ! School shoes will be needed some !

I bought some shoes that were on sale, but when I went to check out i was told a different price because they were no longer on sale. They didn't take down the sign. I was given the sales price. I thought that was good customer service.

Happy with the huge variety. Found some clearance boots I really liked too. Didnt think they would have any at this time of year. Customer service very good too.

Staff is very friendly and helpful but they don't hover over you while you try on shoes. I love the wide selection of shoes and the sale prices are quite affordable. This is my go-to shoe store!

I always get great deals on shoes here. I don't know if it's luck, but I end up getting to the register and pay a lot less then what I originally thought I would be paying. Just got some Sperrys for $40 on clearance and then had a $10 in rewards points. It's worth it to be in the reward program. Ended up paying $10 for the Sperrys... BOGO 50% off
