Our salesman (funnily enough named Bob L.) Took great care of us. He was not pushy once, never went outside our price range, and respected what we told him we were looking for, while making great suggestions about furniture layout after hearing the room size.

All in all a fantastic experience, and I will be shopping there again!

I just purchased a chest and dresser from Bob's and could not have been happier with my buying experience. My Sales Associate was perfect. She showed me exactly what I was looking for and did not hover around, she left us alone to discuss what we were gonna do. She was there for questions and provided answers. I would definitely recommend Bob's and will go back.

My sister and I came in to this store beautifully decked out, and were greeted kindly by Andrew, (if you need a good helper, look for a blonde guy with naturally curly tight curls!) He asked us if we were looking for anything specific today, and we were. He matched our buying style which I really appreciated. We usually like to browse, so he let us do that while he looked around for us! When he'd come back, he would show us what he found vs the features we had mentioned before. Very effective at comparing and helping us see the options we had. We even discovered a variety of massage chairs on site we liked. You were beyond helpful, thanks Andrew!

Saleswoman (Iris) was inviting, friendly and knowledgeable. I looked at the furniture a few days before. Then went back to purchase. I was in and out in 25 minutes. And the furniture was delivered in 3 days. Great service

They have more selection of day beds and trundle beds than any other store. We found the right trundle bed in a reasonable price. Transaction with Bob (agent) was very fast. In a matter of mins we were able to get my credit..as well as the delivery date was shortest and quick. We purchased the bed Friday night and had been scheduled for delivery on Wednesday. Very impressive! They also have treats for customer (tons of candies and ice cream). So far best customer service!

Our experience was great. Bob, made it even better when he told us the product came in the color we Preferred! He made our day! His personality and sense humor is incredible. We enjoyed talking him very much; very personable guy and a great Asset to any sales team!

The table we bought is really nice and it was a decent price. The delivery went very smoothly and quick, as well. Overall, it was a great experience!

Would definitely buy from here again and again! Bryan Acosta was very professional, friendly and helped me pick out the bedroom of my dreams! Unlike a lot of salesman I’ve encountered in the past, Bryan was not pushy at all and did not seem desperate for a sale. He made sure I was aware of all my options and took the time to explain them all, considering it was a large purchase I was about to make. The store was very clean and had a nice ambience to it. All the other employees there were very professional and friendly as well! Thank you so much for making furniture buying a pleasant experience!

I was shopping for a mattress and after comparing them at three stores, purchased from Bob's. Great sales person, great variety of mattresses and price ranges. My only regret is that. I didn't have time to browse the rest of the store. Will definitely visit again soon.

My salesperson Iris was very patient with me as I am handicapped. She allowed me to roam free to browse all the furniture in the showroom. Iris was very patient and offered some very good suggestions - no pressure at all. I was very pleased with my buying experience.

I had a great time. Walking in there. I felt like I was walking in with people that I already know they were so friendly! But although friendly and family like, they were still all business too. Latania knew her job and did it well. I’ll give her a “10”.

Latania , sales agent, greeted us, ask what we were interested in seeing and showed us specifically what we asked for without additional items. Patiently answered our questions. Extremely pleasant, knowledgeable. Even got the assembly guy from the back room to answer questions about how the sofa was made.

We walked in and a sales clerk kindly greeted us and we expressed we'd like accent chairs. She immediately led us to several styles and colors (thankfully Bobs had a decent selection). . .and patiently waited through our decision making process back and fourth through the great debate. Best prices around I thought. Once decided and in stock bought 1,2,3 done. . .waiting a few days to pick up. Nice selection and friendly courteous help.

My wife and I had a very good experience there. Especially due to Latania knowing everything in the store and every option of every group and also helped us with the style we wanted. We ended up getting a living room and a dining set.
