Farmers Insurance - Christine Sherrard

I have been a customer of Farmers insurance for about 3 years. Previously I was with State Farm Insurance for 30 years. I was at first reluctant to switch insurance companies because of price, but I had a wonderful relationship with my agent with State Farm. Let me tell you, I am glad I made the switch to Farmers Insurance. Juanita Nystrom is the most helpful and knowledgeable person. I have had questions or issues with home and auto insurance items and she is VERY helpful and is very responsive. Most recently I built a home using Farmers Insurance for both the Construction and new home policy, and Juanita helped guided us through that process. Chris Sherrard Brown insurance agency should be proud to have such a person working with her. She knows how to treat her customers!!

All I can say is that Dana Gonazalez and Chris Sherrard have taken the time to carefully search for the best possible coverage for my auto and home. I met Chris at a networking group and she was always very helpful to me when I needed it. It wasn't long before I was able to try to meet with her about my policy with the other company and try to get more value with Farmers Insurance. Chris was very honest and gave me all my options even the option to stay with my current policy if needed. Quite honestly the costs were very close with both companies but we decided to use Chris Sherrard Farmers Insurance Agency because of the personal skills and quality care they took when handling my policy. She even took the time to personally come to our home and meet with us to make things more convenient. This isn't just about going with a big company for insurance, when you talk to Chris or Dana you feel like you are the only client they have. I've been a client of Farmer's Insurance for many years and I wouldn't consider anyone else's services because of how taken care of I've been in every situation. My agent, Juanita, is extremely knowledgeable in her field and she has been an irreplaceable asset to me. She is a great person to have on my team because she's there to answer questions and give me the best solutions to any given situation. Not only does Juanita do her work quickly and effectively, but she is also personal and will make anyone feel like family. Life is too crazy to pass by someone who will go to bat for you like this company does. The rates are more than competitive and affordable, so I am able to know that my family is taken care of.

Juanita at Farmers Insurance is the best! My son was involved in an accident that was not even his fault back in Sept. Unfortunately, the other driver had horrible insurance, and we got nothing but a run-a-round. Hesitant to use my insurance (since we were not at fault) the exact same day I contacted Juanita, she initiated the claim on our end. Although it was still an ordeal (Not due to Farmers but the other insurance), every step of the way Farmers were there for us (including our claims adjuster Lakeshia). I would highly recommend Juanita at Farmers Insurance for her superb work; She gives prompt assistance, and treats you like family! She has in many ways assisted my family and me in our insurance needs.

Chris and her staff are always friendly, have the information needed when we call and also reach out to us to offer ways we can save on our insurance. The auto and home owner claims we have had were taken care of immediately and we never had to call for follow up.

Chris is by far, the most knowledgeable insurance agent I've ever had, she uses all her expertise to make sure I get all discounts I qualify for and updates every year!
