T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

Great service! Both the store manager John and the other girls were very nice and helpful with me but could TMobile put some chairs for customers and employees? They have to be standing all day. Not very considerate of both of us. I almost left because I had to wait standing for a long time.

The 2 associates at the store were very helpful. I was informed on which phones where in stock and which could be ordered. Then I was shown which phones were on promo as well. Once I chose a phone, I was given all the specific details on each plan. They both worked very well together on giving me helpful advice on which plan would best suit me and also informed me on options to upgrade and/or downgrade in the future if I liked. Once I picked the phone and plan, I was shown case options and screen protection as well. Once my service was set up and activated she then unboxed the phone and put my case on (which looked like a pain) so the phone was protected before I could possibly damage it myself, which was unexpected since I've always done this on my own from previous carriers. So I thought that was going above and beyond and was appreciated. She then synced everything from my old phone to my new phone very easily ;) They were both extremely polite and fun to deal with which made my visit unexpectedly enjoyable for a typically less than exciting cell phone purchase. I'd recommend anyone that needs a new cell phone or to switch carriers to head on over to this T-Mobile location for great customer service and knowledgeable help. I'd rate this visit a 12 out of 10. You guys rock 🤘🤘

The store manager John was so kind and knowledgeable in helping me obtain information essential for me to be able to keep my phone number and successfully operate my business. John is a key factor in your T-Mobile location and you should give him a raise as he went above and beyond with his service today.

I went in for a new phone and they explained it to me, in a manner I can understand, what my best options were. I couldn't get the phone I wanted but I got a phone just right for me. Angie and John were there to help me and when we were waiting for something they actually had genuine conversations with me. They were willing to connect with me on a personal level unlike my previous carrier. I will definitely be coming back to do service.

Absolutely wonderful. My daughter and I went there to replace our phones. John N. The store manager was the best. Already chosen our phones, he did the set up and transfer data. I lost nothing. I was suprised and grateful. Called my husband to have John explain everything since I am not aware of all the pricing and promotion discounts.
Then he had Alex R. Finish with us since he needed to step out and he was just as nice. We were there a long time but I did not mond that since alot needed to be done

My daughter bought me a new phone that I had no idea how to work but I went into T-mobile and worked with John who is very knowledgeable in working with phones! He transferred all my info from the old phone to the new phone, help with setting up apps & more! Loved him and his coworkers personalities! Awesome service, T- mobile outside CherryValley Mall you rock!!! Thamks again for your outstanding customer service!!!

The manager’s knowledge about football was only rivaled by that of his knowledge of phones. And he knows a ton about football. He actually saved me money by offering me a different plan that catered more to my needs… which actually lost the money for the company. Honesty goes a long way in my book… thank you for your honesty an looking out for the customer

Had a wonderful staff member John assisting me getting new accessories for my new phone. He was incredibly patient as I’m definitely a bit technologically challenged. 10/10 would highly recommend this location for your t-mobile purchases

Angie was a breeze to work with. She made everything very straightforward and easy to understand, I have now made this my go-to location. Definitely will be back soon and I will 1000% be recommending to family and friends.

John and Alex were extremely helpful and insightful during an upgrade process for my wife and my mother in law. They answered questions for hours during the transfer process and were great the entire time. Thanks guys!

I came into the store with a friend to upgrade a phone. Normally when I do this, the store will judge you based on the carrier you have and like a Jehovah’s Witness, try to get you to convert. This was the first store I have been to that was not the issue. We just talked about football, not phones…. No pressure at all. If I was looking for a new provider, I would come here.

The manager assisted me today with a sim issue on my new iphone. It was a bit tricky but she did all she could and got it figured out. Such a pleasant experience with all the staff at this location! My new go to location when I need anything forsure! ☺

James and Raul at the sprint store in the Cherry Vale mall were great! They were able to explain services and upgrade a phone quickly and efficiently. This is th best place to go to get help or to make changes/purchases. What I like the most about these two was their honesty! They don’t sugar coat or manipulate to make a sale unlike other reps at other stores! I will only go back to these two for help! Thanks for everything!

I had a lot of trouble with Virgin Mobile, so Daniel at T-Mobile, and the other Experts helped me out. They worked with me, especially Daniel(Who should get a raise!), until I had successfully both ported my number, and transferred the service to my phone. BYOD. 5 STARS!!! I am very happy with their service! Switch to T-Mobile at CherryVale Mall!

Angie and John are AMAZING!! They have EXCELTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE! They are both very kind, patient and knowledgeable... I will continue to come to this store and tell all of my family and friends to come here.

This TMoble location has always handled my problems with ease. They have also recommended phones and service that have been great.

So thankful for the help I received at this location the evening of 7/26/20. I went in feeling guilty because it was close to closing time, but the staff couldn’t be more friendly and helpful! They fixed the issue with my phone quickly and professionally. I highly recommend this location!
