If you use the ParkWhiz app or the website it makes parking very convenient. To park at this garage we paid $10 which was good from 3:00pm till after 11:00pm. I used PayPal to pay on the ParkWhiz website. Just remember to put in your license plate number. You will be issued a QR code and all you have to do is hold it up to the scanner when you enter the garage. It was very easy to use and convenient.

Great parking. There is always plenty of space here and it is relatively easy to get in and out of. We often Park here for the shows at the theater but for other downtown events as well

I was told this was free parking for 4th of July on there site but turns out it was not

The only reason I parked in here is because I was under the impression it was free and I did not have any money on me cash nor card

I press the call button to a barely English-speaking lady I explained my situation that I don't have any money and she says you cannot exit unless you pay.. and I had no other way to get out
Nobody to call for help or anything

And then when I asked her what should I do and she says "you should pay" and then hangs up on me. I tried pressing the call button again with no answer
As well as I tried calling the number on the help sign with no answer

So I had no choice but to lift the gate up myself and drive out
