A supposed settlement of a dog bite case in March of 2022. I was assured payout would be in 30 days. I was then told they were trying to release a workers comp lien and there would be a delay. Emailed numerous times in November and December for a status update with no reply. I have given up

GREAT team! My experience with Kim and his team was wonderful. Kim is a wonderful human being. The communication was really good. They always returned my emails and phone calls. MacCloskey Kessler took two of my cases. They did all the work and called me to let me know the progress on the cases. One of the cases is already closed and the other one is still on going. Last week I met with Phil Kesler. He was very kind and professional. I needed legal advise which was not a case they handle. Mr. Phil Kesler was so very kind to meet with me and spend the time to advise me on how to proceed with my case. After injuries sustained by my wife and I (car accident related), we had the pleasure of working with Phil Kesler and Zach Cook to get everything settled. Phil took the time, many times, to sit down with us and discuss all of the details of every aspect of the situation. We almost always felt like we knew what was going on and that he was getting the information from us that we felt we should provide. Whenever there was any delay from the other insurance company or attorney, we would never have a problem contacting Kesler or Cook to get an update. They did virtually all of the work, and we just kept in communication with them. We never even had to go to court, which made things much less stressful.
These things take time and we knew that, going into it. It didn't take longer than we expected and we were very happy with the settlement we received after their hard work and dedication.
I have had several friends (or just talked to people I don't really know) over the past year+ that have been injured in accidents since our case was settled and I always try to make it a point to pass on the MacCloskey Kesler name to them, when I can.

This was an amazing team. I called Kim after my accident in February 2015 and he came to my home the day after I got home from the hospital. Then Phil took over my case, everything was done in house including depositions. It did take almost a year to get my settlement but I was in ongoing therapy until the following year. I was always treated with respect, my calls were returned immediately and I learned I should have been carrying more insurance than the 100/300 due to the defendant not having super coverage. If anything ever happened again, I would use them. Very kind men and staff. Phil was even able to get me part of my settlement early from a loan company due to funds being tight since I lost my job from the accident and I could not return to work until this year. And my disability payments were cut. I now am disabled, but I do work part-time from home and I thank God for Kim, Phil and their staff daily. I wish I could do more than this review in return. Thank you again.
