There are many books to search for the best upholstery fabric to order. The work was excellent quality and was ready when promised. The price was fair. They added foam padding to our liking. We have used their services several times and wouldn't hesitate to go back.

I highly recommend Bounsay’s Upholstery, a quaint husband and wife run shop. I have some sturdy Pottery Barn chairs that are about 20 years old and were in desperate need of recovering. Because there wasn’t a website or a Facebook for me to go off of I decided to take a chance on them based off a few good reviews and their many years in the business. I am so glad that I did. They did an EXCELLENT job! I will absolutely be using them in the future.

This wonderful couple was so talented and created a masterpiece with the cushions I brought in to be covered. He purchased the material and within days completed the project with their masterful capability. I would highly recommend them! Thank you for your talent and expertise!

I’ve had a number of pieces done by this wonderful couple. People can’t believe the amount of detail in matching patterns - even between the chair and the ottoman. I am so happy to find that they are still doing this. I have never found anyone who does finer work and I never even consider buy new furniture since it is such poor quality. I can make anything I find at estate sales look new and custom to what I want. They also have the ability to order any fabric you want.

I have had a number of chairs and loveseats reupholstered by Bounsay; everything has been perfect and beautiful. They have made the furniture more comfortable and pleasant. I would recommend them to anyone. They are creative, open minded and very artistic, excellent aesthetic and quality work!

Let down from my attempt to get something done. I have an office chair that has a bad gas cylinder. I called a few weeks ago to ask if they can repair and they told me they cannot get parts, but if I can get the part, they can put it in.

So I ordered the part and called today to see if they can put in the part, and asked about reupholstering the chair while it's there.
He said he did not have time, starting rambling about a restaurant order he had to get done asap, two weeks ago was a long time and I can look at the manual and do it myself because it sounds easy, then hung up. Pretty shocked that just happened.
