Bath & Body Fusion

I shopped bath and body fusion when they were down town rockford. I love the fact they came to Byron! I love the clothes, the accessories and of course the best part is the skin care options. I've bought many things, however, the dream cream is an amazing product. Jen, the owner, knows what she's doing with the skin care line. I bought the dream cream for my grandma who was in and out of the hospital, getting IVs all the time, so her skin needed some serious care. She has her care taker put it on once a day for over a year now and her skin looks so amazing. She had snake like skin and the dream cream brought her skin back to life. The snake skin is gone and her skin is butter soft. The product lasts a long time. I think I've bought 3 smaller sizes in the last 2 years. I will recommend the product over and over again. Jen is so passionate about what she does and you can tell it makes her so happy to make people feel better. Super cute clothes in her shop, she has good deals and they wrap items if you want them to for gifts. Great customer service, very friendly and I love to shop local. Have been a Bath & Body Fusion customer since the beginning. Was able to visit the Byron store yesterday. It is perfect. Besides their body products, they now have cute clothes and accessories. The young lady working was very sweet and helpful. Will definitely be back.

Great skincare products & exceptional customer service that goes above and beyond! Shelby is wonderful at helping pick our products. She is also incredibly talented at gift wrapping!

Loved the products there! Bought couple bars of soap with the natural sponge on it, they smell so good and makes my skin soft. This is also true of the bath bomb I purchased. The staff there were all very knowledgeable and kind, went above and beyond!

I’ve been using their dream cream for a few years now! By far my favorite product! I’m a northern Illinois Native, but now reside in Washington state. My last order I had shipped, the lid has busted during shipment. But B&BF quickly shipped me a new lid and all was good! Thank you for the great customer service and products! I have even turned some of my Washington friends on to their products and they love them!!

I love the products from this store! They are all natural and work very well! My hands get super dry in the winter and the dream cream has worked so well that they don’t crack anymore! I would recommend stopping by this store to pick up some bath bombs too! They do gift wrap items in such colorful bags and ribbons! My little niece enjoys her fun gifts I get her from here!

Highly suggest bath & body fusion! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful! I wasn’t sure what scent to mix for the body scrub for a gift and Garrett was very helpful with finding the perfect scent! If you are purchasing a gift they will gift wrap it for you so beautifully too! The dream cream is by far my favorite! I get super dry skin in the winter and this has been a life saver! It’s a must have in my bathroom cabinet!

Jen, Shelby, Shay and the rest of the staff are the sweetest, kindest people I've ever met. Their products are top-notch - I especially love the Dream Cream and Shower Steamers! Shipping, (now that I'm not local) is super quick. Highly recommend Bath and Body Fusion to all my friends.

Jen and her staff are amazing! You feel the love the minute you walk into the store! They wrap things up beautifully for gifts, too! My favs include the Dream Cream and shower steamers!! This place is great! Now I'm a guy and going into a place like this is outside my comfort zone for sure, but the staff was great! Helped me find a product called Dream Cream. I work w/ my hands a lot and they get rough in the winter, also I am N of 50 now too! No more cracked dry hands, & using it on my face too has actually lessened some wrinkles! I'm sold! Thanks B&BF

I went to this store for the first time yesterday and Iwas sold right away.The staff
were so friendly and knowledable and very helpful.They hslped me find the products I was looking for and gave me advice about certain products.They even put a,sample of the Dream Cream on my hand so that I could see what it felt like.I love this place and can't wait to go back!

I have been going to BBF since they opened downtown, I love all the products they have to offer. Jen makes sure she gets to know her customers and makes sure we all feel welcome. The sales associates are always willing to help find my favorite scents or offer their suggestions on new ones. My son absolutely loves their bath bombs and the little parties that Jen sets up through out the year. I highly recommend this wonderful Store, shop local and make a difference.

I just want to share my Dream Cream experience. A came in and was greeted with amazing customer service. A friend shared somd Dream Cream and I figured I had nothing to loose because I have tried so many things for my eczema. I love that it is made locally and supports a small business.

I have been dealing with severe eczema on my knees and elbows since my mid-teens, and have had no luck with the creams, foams and other remedies offered by medical professionals. I also dislike the idea of the chemicals in many of the treats in the medical industry. I had pretty much given up on the idea of ever have clear skin again as it has been almost 20 years since I have had normal knees and elbows, and it seems to spread.

Low and behold, I am finding relief! It's not completely gone, but I have a pretty severe case. It is better than it has been in years, and that is worth so much to me!! The pictures below show my elbows and knees before I started using the cream. The others are after using dream cream for 3 weeks, several times a day on my elbows and knees. Thank you so much for creating this cream!!

This littlw gem and the staff is AWESOME. If you just need some bath bombs, dream cream, or want to create your own oils and while your there, I highly recommend their ultimate skin care line!! Definitely check them out. The dream cream is honestly a miracle cure for dry hands, feet and everything in between.

There's a reason why the Dream Cream is one of their BEST sellers. As a healthcare worker, my hands go through harsh hospital soap/hand sanitizer, leaving my hands dry/cracked/bleeding and my nails brittle. The Dream Cream is the only thing that keeps my hands hydrated and soft and my nails strong. Also, a little goes a long way, so it's not likely that you'll use it all up so fast.They have so may more products that are great such as their lip balms, bath bombs, body scrubs, etc! Bath and Body Works who? Don't know her..It's all about BATH AND BODY FUSION! Shop local❤

I recently got some things from there to try something new and I love it. Normally my skin is always irritated after showers but now it's perfectly fine. I definitely recommend then for anyone with sensitive skin.

I have been thinking about what I wanted to say in my review of Bath & Body Fusion for a while now, and decided it was time to stop thinking and start saying. Jen and her fabulous staff are some of the most caring, compassionate, and loving people that I have ever met. From the minute you walk in the door you are greeted with a smile and offered help to pick out products, get advice, and find the best price for you in their store. I walked in a couple of months ago anf had no idea what I wanted. Jen recommended her Luxury Face Cleaning Set and a tub of dream cream and I left with those items. I am absolutely in love with how her Charcoal Scrub works on my face leaving it exfoliated and hydrated and the dream cream is a must have at this store. Later on, I went back again and grabbed some more items and found the Body Scrubs. These are one of my favorite things at the store with how clean and refreshed they make my body feel and how it is customizable by adding your choice of essential oils or fragrance to it. Not to mention, these folks are so dedicated to the Rockford community. If you haven;t heard, these amazing people are donating tubs of their dream cream to the healthcare workers and it is a great mission for them to start. That being said, they need help! They are asking the Rockford community for donations (only $5/jar) to help them heal the hands healing us, so please consider donating. I highly recommend Bath & Body Fusion and if you want my recommendation check out the charcoal scrub, the body scrubs, and some dream cream. Check them out! You will not regret it!

Love this place. So many fun things to choose from. The staff is very educated on what they sell. There is a tonic, lotion, or spray for just about any ailment you might have, from a headache to anxiety. The products are good high quality and not watered down like you find in the box stores. If you purchase something as a gift they wrap it up so beautifully for you. The Skin Fx Elixer might just be my favorite item, as I see a difference in my face and how it looks a bit more youthful than it did prior to using it. :D

I recently was diagnosed with breast cancer and had radiation treatment. The caused some itching and painful blisters. None of the recommended creams were helping. I saw a review from the Rockford OSF Burn Unit on the Dream Cream. FANTASTIC!!! Not only did it heal the skin but also gave me immediate comfort. Being a nurse in the Emergency Department for the past 20 years, and a nurse the past 40 years, I have used MANY different lotions and creams. This one ranks in the top 5 in my book
