Greenwood Cemetery and Chapel

Beth and Mike were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to deliver exactly what I was looking for! I’m very selective with high expectations and these two helped me select the perfect plots in the location I wanted. I can honestly say they exceeded my expectations and that doesn’t happen very often, so, huge THANK-YOU!! This is one of the nicest cemeteries you will ever visit. It’s brimming with rich local history and also the final resting place of many of the most influential leaders and individuals that shaped our city in its early days. Be sure to take one of the historical cemetery tours and learn about some of the interesting founding fathers and influential women that call this their final resting place. This is truly a 100+ acre well manicured lush park. Very peaceful and beautiful! Truly a special place!

I had headstones made out-of-state and delivered. They did great working to place them properly.

Its always beautiful and peaceful. The landscape is well maintained. They do throw out flowers, other goodies left at grave sometimes. I was told it was for landscape purposes. There are many beautiful headstones, definitely some pieces to history. May everyone there rest peacefully 🙏
