Love Peak Fitness. I’ve been coming here since I moved to Rockford years ago. From singlehood, to wedding bod, to now motherhood; Peak has been there! I HAVE to shoutout the staff who are all so friendly. Now leaving my six month old with the childcare is leveling up my appreciation. He is so happy there and they seem genuinely excited to care for him. I feel a new sense of freedom being able to leave my bb in such good hands! Thank you guys!! 🩵

I've been going to gyms for many years and this is my favorite one. Super clean, friendly staff, lots of variety of equipment, well priced, always seem to see someone I know. I highly recommend this Peak Fitness location.

The State street facility is great. Mike the manager is super friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. He is always happy to answer any questions regarding fitness and gives great advice in layman's terms that are easy to understand. The facility itself is well maintained and always clean. I highly recommend it.

Ladies in the daycare are very trustworthy. I like that I can spy on my daughter during my workout

I've been going to Peak since January and I'm very satisfied with choosing this gym. The location is perfect, the inside is clean, and it's never too crowded. The membership price may be a little more than some other gyms but the benefits you get are well worth it.

I’ve now been a member here for over 20 years. I may not look like I go to the gym that often anymore but when I do I certainly look forward to the experience!

From the friendly staff that always greets you to the always clean and reliable upkeep of the place I cannot think of one bad experience in 20 years of going!

Now it is also my kids favorite spot! From indoor to outdoor pools, climbing, activities, it’s perfect for any lifestyle!

This is the place to go if you're looking for a relaxed environment and good machines. All of the staff members are friendly and willing to help, and they keep the machines clean consistently. While much smaller than the Peak on Perryville, it's more comfortable and perfect for those who strictly want to get their workout in without being bothered by other people.

I've been a member of this gym for years. They have everything you need! I prefer the one on State Street. It's more of an easy going atmosphere. The one of Perryville is huge and more "hardcore." The daycare at the second location also isn't ideal for smaller children. It's too big and the older kids tend to run the show.

Its a clean and quit place.
The staff is friendly and helpful.
It has a huge variety of machines, dumbells and workout classes.
I find it really good gym to workout and get healthy 💪

Best gym in Rockford, old school style equipment. Staff are always friendly and make you feel welcomed. Mike is very helpful to people who have questions. If you like a "lifters" gym this is it! If you want a fitness gym go to the club.

I LOVE this gym. Always have. But what I don’t appreciate is one of the girls that works there has a horrible attitude, my Dad has tried to ask her some questions a few times and every time he gets ignored or she pretends like she doesn’t understand what he’s saying. Everyone else is so welcoming but her. Her customer service needs to improve.

Great place to work out. Machines are of good quality. If you're an early bird you will find that the gym is all for you and a few other folks who like to start their day with the workout.

I’m currently living in Rockford temporarily for work and I needed to find a gym. Signing up at peak fitness was a no-brainer. They have everything you need as far as cardio equipment goes. Treadmills, stair masters, and rowers etc. They have over 30 pieces of hammer strength equipment and life fitness machines. Plenty of squat racks, free weights, A basketball court, and a sauna. For the price it’s a steal.

I think it's a great gym I love that it's 24 hours and I have a great trainer there

I wish that I could pack up ALL of the instructors into my suitcase and bring them to Texas... Thanks guys! Special shots out to Lisa and Jen... U rocked my world on Thanksgiving Day! everyone was soo friendly, staff and members went out of their way to help me, to set up my equipment for class, and to show me the ropes. I'd recommend this fitness center to anyone. Facility is very large and spacious, clean, great equipment, fresh towels, ample cleaning stations, superb classes. Downtown Peak is definitely the better Peak. Anyone who disagrees doesn't actually workout. If your looking for a classical bodybuilder gym, where you can lift real weights, this is the place. I had a membership at both locations but I have to say, unless I plan on swimming. This is my main spot.
