Benson Stone did a wonderful job installing my new floor! The installers were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. The floor is absolutely gorgeous and really brightens up my home. The installers completed the job 2 days earlier than expected! The professional job they did on the stairs is beautiful! I am so pleased with everything and will definitely us Benstone Stone again in the future if I have other projects. I highly recommend this company. You will NOT be disappointed.

Undertook finding flooring for 3 bathrooms in my home. Benson Stone came up the winner. The product I chose was priced the best from the other stores I looked at. River, the salesman was more than helpful and made sure the order was correct and delivered in a timely fashion. He called later to see if all had gone well. I could not be happier with my new carpeting. The experience was literally painless from the minute I walked in the door. Seeing that I used a walker a man coming out of an office immediately asked if I would like a wheelchair and then got me one. That helped tremendously. I knew the quality, color, fiber and pile I wanted and the sales lady took us right to it. The measurement was fast and installation just took a day. The installers kept at it with no breaks and barely stopped for lunch. Superb work ethic. They cleaned everything up when they left so my house was quickly back in order. Thank you for my beautiful floor.

We bought both engineered hardwood and laminate flooring for our new home from Benson's. We needed some warranty work for the hardwood, and Benson's facilitated that work quickly with the manufacturer. Pricing for both sets of flooring was competitive. Benson will also hold your flooring until needed-saves a lot of space during the construction project!

We love our new flooring! Benson's team did an amazing job removing our old flooring and installing our new floor. The carpet and LVT transformed our house. Bensons helped us pick the product and the installers did a beautiful job! After a year, it still looks perfect! I will definitely use Benson's again!

UPDATE ON THE REVIEW BELOW: Greg from Benson Stone gave me a phone call. We chatted about all the issues that happened with our project specifically and about how that is not common from Benson Stone. Greg seemed very receptive to the constructive criticism and we settled on a solution. Appreciated that Greg cares so much about customer service and took the time to make it right. Leaving review below but wanted to add a positive follow up.

We recently had our floor done. The product is great and the contractors who worked on the project could not have been better, but Benson Stone provided horrible service. We were quoted at 3 different prices for the floor: one price from one employee, a different price from a second employee, and then a third price when we received the quote from the second employee (the contract price was higher than what we were told, as if it was trying to be “slipped in”). After a few iterations of bouncing the contract around back and forth, we signed the contract. After the contract was signed, we were told that there was a line item missing the whole time and that it needed to be added even though we had already signed the contract. We were told we were going to get a call within 10 days of signing the contract to schedule the installation. 4 weeks went by and we had to follow up because we never heard back. When the installation was finally scheduled, we were told the project would start on a Tuesday morning and be done by end-of-day Thursday at the very latest. For the sake of having a plumber come out after the floor was done, I scheduled plumbing for Friday. When the contractors showed up to install the floor, they had an outdated version of the contract, they had no idea what rooms they were working in, they didn’t know if they were supposed to paint/stain base shoe or not, and they told us they weren’t going to be able to finish by end-of-day Thursday. This is all because Benson Stone never communicated any of the project details to them! I have only written two or three bad reviews in my entire life. Benson Stone is very deserving of a bad review here.
