My wife and I got so lucky we picked Benson Stone Company for our quartzite countertops. This is our first stone countertops and a week later I still smile every time I walk into the kitchen.
From beginning to end everything went so smooth. Can't say enough about everyone involved.

Purchased high quality chairs from Benson Stone due to the ability to customize the fabric and look. Searched Rockford & suburbs, but no one came close to Benson in price, quality and personalized service. Furniture arrived in half the time as estimated, exactly as we ordered. Dana, our salesperson, was outstanding in service with a smile, finding answers to questions we had regarding special orders and keeping us updated. Had purchased our fireplace from Benson three (3) yrs earlier; just as happy with our furniture. Both outstanding items. Highly recommend Benson Stone. Will always return.

Recently we bought a pair of Stressless Recliners, custom made in Norway. They are both so comfortable and modern in stylish! We love our recliners, they are soooo comfortable!

Everything from ordering, measuring and installing our quartz countertop was handled in a professional manner. The installers, Hunter and Zach, were on time, polite, and true professionals. Thanks to everyone for making this a pleasant experience. We couldn’t be happier.

BSC is a wonderful place to do business. I have a limited budget and didn't think I could afford to buy a sofa there, but, I was wrong! Robert understood my situation and quickly took me to a nice selection that was in my budget! There sat the perfect sofa for us!

We've had it now for one month and couldn't be more pleased with the color, fabric, quality of the piece.

The delivery of our sofa was on time and unloaded perfectly by two friendly men. Customer service at the store was excellent.

I absolutely love this place. It is Truly MAGNIFICENT!
I remember when a friend brought me here in 2018. I wanted to cry because everything was so beautiful from the Bird figurines to the clothing articles and the jewelry. The fire places are to die for. I left Poplar Grove in 2021 and went back to Chicago.

Big Mistake and now I am back in 2023. I could not wait to come back to visit Benson Stone. I have purchased several beautiful clothing pieces, jewelry and scarves as well as birds for my yard. My next purchase will be a Fire Place.

But what I did not like was one of the employees (Mexican American woman) who was working at the register came from behind the register and followed me to the back of the store where I was standing and browsing. She was pretending to look at the displays but I know that she was watching me to see if I were trying to steal something. This broke my heart and it was so insulting. I should have reported her to the management right there on the spot but I just let it go because did not want to cause any drama. But, I was hurt because this had never happened to me before when I had came into Benson Stone. However, she did spoil my return back to Benson Stone Company but I came back the next day to pick out which fire place that I would like to purchase in the near future.

I know that what happened on this day was not a regular experience and is in no way a reflection of the ownership. Thank you Benson Stone for being a Sanctuary in Dark Times.

Needing to pick out a fireplace and stone, we headed for our appointment at Benson Stone in Rockford (a 60 mile drive). Upon arrival, the salesman that we to meet with wasn't there. Liam Milanos met us and took care of our every need. He was so courteous and knowledgeable, not pushy in any way. We were able to pick it all out and are very happy with our choices. Liam was helpful with sorting out our options with no pressure at all. Thanks a million to Liam and to Benson Stone for once again making our dreams come true!

Benson Stone, 5-stars on all levels. Quality kitchen countertop choices, affordable prices, and professionals to assist for each step. River Sonnet offered the best advice for picking out quartz countertops, especially skilled when it comes to color. Appointment with Eric to measure followed. He was extremely precise and very knowledgeable. I was able to keep existing backsplash! Finally , a perfect professional install by Zach & John! The new undermount sink is beautiful. The color in caulk matched perfectly. The quartz countertops exceeded my expectations!

My wife and I did a major updating on our house. We worked very closely with Tamara Talley and Pat Henry over several months. Not only were they incredibly professional, they were kind, knowledgeable, great listeners and had wonderful ideas on how to make our house look even more beautiful than it did previously. When people see our house they are all amazed at how wonderful it looks. Tamara and Pat even visited our house frequently during the update time period. I don’t know about the rest of the Benson Stone staff, but Tamara and Pat are the best we could have hoped for. They are not just representatives for Benson Stone they have become our friends.

The place is huge! They have so many selections, and a good price for the quality you are getting! Huge stone selection, which we need to complete our pond. We highly recommend the staff, as the were able to answer our questions, and gave us advice on the best way to make our waterfall. We will be repeat costumers!

Needed some landscaping bricks cut. A minor job. I called over, he told me to come on down. I got there, they got me right in. Bricks cut exact to my measurements. Couldn't have been faster and smoother. Would HIGHLY recommend them for anybody in need of a similar job.

We recently had a new fireplace installed at our Janesville residence. We wanted to save as much of the old face as possible. With the expertise of Rick Sutton and the talents of Dale, Tim and Fred they did a phenomenal installation! We look forward to firing it up in the fall and it promises to heat the entire house! These guys are not only pleasant to work with but their work is perfection and when they leave you will never know they were there.

Benson Stone is a uniquely beautiful shopping experience. Huge selection, friendly & helpful staff, unique accessories, some lovely clothing & jewelry items - all housed in an old beautifully restored furniture factory.

We really enjoyed our visit to your store. My daughter ( Annette) and myself thought we'd go and find me a new recliner so it was off to Benson Stone and we were pleasantly surprised with your store and we had to try out your Cafe also. What a great place to visit and come up with my new recliner. We actually wanted to see Benny but he wasn't there( my daughter also has two golden retrievers) It was a very pleasant visit we had. Also I sure like my new recliner. They sure have a large number of recliners. Go check them out sometime and we'll be back soon. Don.

After shopping around for recliners and a love seat without much success, we happened upon Benson Stone Co., a dealer for a particular brand we were interested in. We were surprised to find a "stone" company so well stocked with furniture of all types. The staff was exceptional at listening to our needs, and showed us many options. We bought all the furniture from them, and will likely go back when we wish to add to our collection. There was only one issue we discovered after the furniture was delivered. Some recliners come with separate functions for back and foot support, a feature we could have appreciated. The model we purchased did not. An oversight that I'm sure they will incorporate in their future sales pitches. I highly recommend them as a place to shop.

It was a total Joy to deal with Benson Stone, there was a large selection and our sales lady Donna, was knowledgeable, attentive to our needs and allowed us plenty of time to make a decision. She kept us updated on the approximate delivery time with a No Rush Approach. The Delivery service was great. The Two men could not have been more polite, knowledgeable and helpful!. I would highly recommend Benson Stone!
