I just want to say that my car buying experience with Community Honda was awesome. Shawn Atkins was a great salesman. He never pressured me into getting a vehicle. I told him what I wanted and he delivered. Finance dept was straight to the point. They answered all of my questions confidently. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of. I did most of the intake over the phone, so that made me experience even more pleasant. No unneccessary waiting. I came in on a Saturday, looked at some vehicles, saw what I wanted, and test drove it. Took some time to visit other dealerships to weigh my options. Received a Follow up call from Shawn on the following Saturday, we negotiated a better offer and by Monday I was the owner of a vehicle even better than the one I had originally chosen. This is not the first time that I purchased a car from Community Honda. As before- nothing but praises. Dan Bourg was the sale representative and he was wonderful: polite, courteous, knowledgeable, quick to response. He handled the whole process of ending a lease and start a new lease in a most efficient manner. It was important for him to make sure that I leave the dealership as a satisfied customer, making sure that I have no questions after acquainting me with all the important features. In my book he is a definite “10”.

Recently, and unexpectedly, I purchased a new car via Community Honda of Orland Park. I want to highly recommend working with Dan Bourg in the sales department. In our experience he was kind, honest, thoughtful, thorough - making this complicated and long process so easy and streamlined. He created solutions to help me, on one of the coldest days of the year, to make sure I didn't have to find childcare or bring my kid to the dealership when having to sign paperwork. He also actively communicated with me, answering every text and email while I was gathering information to make my decision. I was sad to get news that my lease buyout was more expensive than I anticipated, but in hindsight, I was able to find the benefits available to me and drive home in a reliable, safe car that I was happy with. Both Dan & Alex were personable and friendly. They clearly worked through the financing details, showed me the features of the 2020 Accord Touring that I was interested in - during the test drive. Then walked me through the Apple Play features as well, once we transferred things to the new vehicle. Very positive experience with Community Honda!

I've been doing business with Honda for over 12 years now. I have went to 3 other Honda dealership in the past. This is by far the best location out of all of them. I first called and Sue, the sales manager was so amazing. She answered all my questions with pleasure, grace, and so much helpful knowledge. She made me feel so comfortable and at ease. I made an appointment and when I arrived, Stefan Ristovski, the salesman, was waiting outside in the rain to greet me. I couldn't believe it! He was so genuine, tentative, and knowledgeable. Very good guy. Sale was very smooth and honest. I appreciated that because honesty is very hard to find nowadays, especially at car dealerships. Finally, I get to the final step with the finance office. I met Steven Diaz De Leon. Very very genuine and caring person. I felt like I was talking to my friend and not the finance guy .
