My stove was purchased from this business and it is in great shape and works wonderfully. Ron stands behind his work and ensures a quality product every time. The stove and oven work perfectly; he even removed my old unit with no problems. I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for affordable and trustworthy appliances!

We purchased a refrigerator from here over 7 yrs ago & it's still the coldest refrigerator I've ever owned. & It has lasted longer than the new 1 I spent a fortune on at Lowe's. & So when my daughter & her boyfriends fridge went out a couple of weeks ago, We went over there and arrived about 10 min before he was due to close. But, he took time to let us look & he offered to deliver that eve. But, my daughter wanted to make sure it was something her boyfriend wanted. It was already Clean. & was delivered Friday as promised !!! Would highly recommend !!

I first bought a washer and dryer from them back in the early 90s when I went to school at SIU. I was treated fairly and the machines worked through all of undergrad and grad school. (7 years!). He even bought them back when i graduated and moved away!

Fast-forward to 2023. I returned to Carbondale for a TDY, and rented another place. Called Able and bought a washer and dryer again. Again, they worked great.

I just moved back home and again he bought the machines back again!

I can’t recommend this guy enough. He does quality work and service, and will treat you fairly. Machines are older models, but the price reflects that, and being mostly solid state, they run forever!

I recently bought a washer, dryer, and stove. The owner was super helpful, and came out and installed all three the next day. All three appliances work great, and I got a great deal. I’d highly recommend Able if you’re looking for used appliances.

I went to Able Appliances looking for a lightly used stove. Mr. Able was very helpful in helping me find what I was looking for! He had a great selection in different price ranges. I've had the stove for over a month and it works perfectly. Mr. Able personally called to make sure everything was working well. I highly recommend this business!! I will definitely be returning.

Mike identified the problem with my washing machine immediately. He had to order the part but was back out with the part the next day. He was great. Very professional and punctual. Will definitely call Able Appliance again.

Bought a washer and dryer last week and had it delivered. Washer works well, but dryer does not heat at all. Owner came out and provided a new one that works perfectly. I highly recommend them!

I'm only writing Abel Appliance cuz I have dealt with them in the past and I was very helpful at that time. The other day I was at a house close to there and for some reason it thinks I was at Able Appliance. I would recommend them if you are looking for a rebuilt appliance or for some work they have decent labor rates and prices on parts
