Eagle View Apartments and Townhomes

Absolutely thrilled with our decision to move into Eagle View in West Virginia! From the moment we stepped foot into our new home, we've been greeted with warmth and professionalism from the staff. The amenities are top-notch, from the convenient on-site gym to the beautiful surrounding landscapes. We couldn't be happier with our choice to call Eagle View home!

The staff are wonderful, they made the moving process so simple and were very quick to respond with any questions that I had. I love the amenities that Eagle View has to offer and the apartments beautiful. If I had to make the decision over I would definitely choose Eagle View again!

When it comes to apartments in Charleston, this place is by far the best I’ve seen. The staff are nice and try to foster a good vibe for the community. The apartments aren’t crazy expensive for how nice they are. They offer short term leases for furnished apartments. The view going down the hill is gorgeous. The only downside I’ve run into is my car is too weak to be going up and down the hill every day. West Virginia is known as the mountain state, so if you’re moving here long term, think about what vehicle you can use for driving on the highways and through residential hills.

We have lived at Eagle View for 2 years and have nothing but great things to say. The views are beautiful, the units are very nice, and the amenities are wonderful. We love having a dog park, restaurant, gym, pool, and car wash!

My husband and I moved in about 2 weeks ago and have nothing but good things to say! The staff has been patient, resourceful and responsive to all of our questions and needs over the past two weeks. The maintenance team is quick to respond to any of our requests and always with a smile on their faces! We love our little piece of almost heaven! Thanks Eagle View!

I have been in my apartment for 2 weeks and the move in experience was fairly smooth. We had some issues with the apartment at move in but maintenance and the office staff worked really quick helping us getting those resolved. We needed a place fairly quickly, Kie, Savannah and Adam worked diligently at getting us a place and getting us in as fast as possible, so the issues we had at move in was expected.
We love the location, the apartment is beautiful, the sunsets from our balcony are breathtaking, and the amenities on location are great. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a place to give Eagle View a look.

My husband and I just moved in a couple weeks ago and we absolutely love it! The faculty and team here at Eagle View are great, we had 2 things that needed fixed and that very same day we let the office know, maintenance was in here to fix it. Very great community! Restaurant is amazing, and our puppy loves the dog park!

First of all it’s a beautiful property! I cannot say how helpful the staff is at Eagleview from the beginning to getting me moved in sooner and even with deliveries getting delivered too soon! People that live here are super nice. It has been a transition in my life made smoother and I thank the Eagleview staff (Adam, Savanna, Alyssa) so much! The sunsets are amazing!

So far our stay in a furnished apartment has been excellent! The stunning mountain view alone can't be matched! Everything needed is truly at your fingertips. Fitness center and other recreational areas (pool, basketball court, dog park, mountain vista's with Adirondack chairs and fire pits) make it feel like its own community nestled away from everything yet still close and accessible to all other things Charleston has to offer!

Moving in was a breeze. You could tell that the unit had been cleaned before I arrived. I had a few small issues, but maintenance came and fixed them right away. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Each unit has its own assigned parking space, so you never have to worry about parking. There isn't a gate, but the complex feels safe. It's well lit and most of the people who live here seem to be young professionals and families. It's also really easy to get to and from downtown. Definitely the best apartment that I've lived in.

Moved in a week and a half ago and we couldn't be happier with our apartment! It's truly so beautiful and well laid out. Conveniently located to the mailboxes and the leasing office, the gym, and the pool as well. Check out this view!
Additionally, everyone who lives here is really nice and the staff are extremely attentive. Any concerns I've had have been addressed so promptly!

I am a recent new resident at Eagleview, and I can happily say the apartments are wonderful. Everything was in great condition, and the few minor things that have come up have been taken care of by maintenance/property management so fast.

The views are incredible of Charleston. Along with the views, Eagleview has a thriving community of people that enjoy walking with their adorable dogs. There is Lookout which is on the premises, and this is a restaurant that has offered excellent dinner service. Most importantly, Eagleview allows quick and easy travel to and from Charleston if you work in the area.

I love the staff they were so welcoming and knowledgeable. They care about their resident family. They have a wonderful online system where you can pay your rent and any other needs you may have. If I had a maintenance issue they fixed it in a timely manner. I love Eagle View they made me feel like home away from home. 🏡 God bless all the staff and grounds workers they will be dearly missed! I just moved in a week ago and I absolutely love the apartment and the community! Everyone at the leasing office is so nice responds super quick!

We lived at Eagle View for 2 years and really enjoyed our time there. Once you come up the hill, you feel like you're in your own little beautiful world. A HUGE shout out to the maintenance team for clearing the roads during the winters. We did not have a single issue coming up or down that hill during the snow! It's a great community with a lot of amenities. Highly recommend moving here!

I’ve lived in some of the best luxury apartments in the nation; however, Eagle View holds the top in my honest opinion. Pricing, amenities, and service are top notch. This apartment would rent for 2000.00 per month in Northern Virginia.

What a great experience! I rented a furnished apartment through Keri. The communication process was flawless. The rental agreement was very reasonable, unlike the more common, one-sided, customer unfriendly agreement of most apartments I have experienced. The apartment was nice and the staff was very friendly. They prorated the rent to match my chosen exit date and refunded my entire deposit- also unlike my typical apartment experience. Eagle View seems to value customer service. They will certainly get my business next time and I highly recommend them!

This is a great place to live! We've been here about a month and just moved from a furnished unit to an unfurnished unit and while nothing is perfect, the office staff gives every effort to fix anything you bring to their attention. Not to mention they allow you to have your pets which is huge for us! The views are amazing and the pool/gym/dog park/on site restaurant are excellent added bonuses!
