If you're going to order a large meal, don't be so shocked when the wait is so long or when you're asked to pull up or park. Do not ask the employee why you are being parked, you should assume it's because of fries or a quarter pounder. As the customer you should be kind and considerate when you are ordering and receiving food here. It is fast food, and a 20 minute wait is absolutely acceptable whenever the establishment is busy. A normal restaurant would get your order done in an hour and a half when they're busy. You should not expect the managers and employees to be able to handle everything in the building at once when there are customers destroying the bathroom, people messing the lobby, 10 customers in the front, 2 curbside orders, 4 people parked, 6 doordashes to feed 1 family each, 5 people ordering at the front counter and 10 more people coming through the drive thru. It is fast food, it is NOT ungodly fast food. Not to mention most (if not all) of the servers are kind, considerate and humorous. Remember as the customer, be kind to your workers and servers. It isn't a hard job to do. You just have wait for fries and a burger.

The drive thru is not 24 hours. Drive thru is closed from 12am to 5am. The stores lobby closes at 11pm and opens again at 5am.

The store manager Angela speaks to her employees something awful. To say she lacks people skills is understatement. The store is barely staffed and service suffers because of it. Not surprising considering how employees are treated there. The corporation or owner needs to take notice of her.

Well I can't remember the last time I had a Big Mac but I was in the Charleston West Virginia today looking at houses to buy so on my way back to Clarksburg I stopped by the McDonald's by the capital, well the Big Mac still take the same, the french fries are still the best and it's all the soft drink you can drink after you pay for one but then again how many can you drink. The service was quick he had four different options on how you order and pay. And the people were very friendly. But I'm more of a Whopper guy

Always excellent customer service. Clean, very pleasant atmosphere. The food is always fresh and accurate.

First time I've been since the remodel and had a great experience. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Gwen. She provided great customer service to not only me, but everyone in the restaurant. Food came quickly and was great! Best dining experience I've had a McDonalds.

John is great. Fresh, well presented Double Quarters and fries. Polite and friendly staff. Flying a new flag. Ida was nice and let us have their old flag. Very patriotic! We will be returning for sure.

Very quick and friendly. Food was prepared well too. Bathrooms inside, two-way drive thru, FREE WiFi, and plenty of parking. Self order kiosks are available now inside as well we noticed. It can get quite busy when the school across the street dismisses the students.

Love it here always feel welcome whether it be in the lobby or the drive thru. They make sure your order is correct and If they mess up they do their utmost to fix it. Will definitely be back!

On the east end I got two apple pies and a coffee it was late morning the pies were dry and the coffee strong though the atmosphere that day and this lady who worked there Donata made the experience one to remember so satisfying it was to see the cleanliness and the teamwork from the staff as they tried to keep up McDonald's reputation for family dining in the form of fast food thankyou I will be back one day

Staff were swamped due to a local event. They kept their cool, got orders out, and didn’t let the situation effect their customer service. Managers and employees should be proud of themselves.

McDonald's is very busy especially in the mornings because of the capital traffic and employees picking up items be prepared to wait a while but typically the experience is quick and items are cooked correctly and 90% of the time your items are correct once bagged in the Drive-Thru to leave usually they don't have you pull over and wait things move pretty quickly but do we expect

I am here regularly & the staff is always very friendly. My order is always fast&correct.I would come to this McDonalds anytime but the Patrick st McDonalds is just awful from the staff, the wait, the food, wouldn't recommend it to nobody but this McDonalds I recommend to everyone 👍

Very clean. Pretty friendly front desk when we checked in without annoyingly over doing it. Outdoor pool only. Weight room is mediocre but good enough.

Very friendly customer service and patrons at&t wifi plus there's. Good coffee with a nice view of the Capitol and convenance stores next door and across the street. 7-eleven, Exxon.
