Rio De Grill Brazilian Steakhouse

First let me say that the different meats are good. Then let me say that the garlic bread and items on the "salad" bar were the stars of the day. The chili and the Brazilian shrimp stew were both excellent. I could have made a total meal of the chili and garlic bread since it was so good. The watermelon was ripe but firm and so juicy. The fudge brownie cups were gooey and chewy with a deep chocolate flavor. I didn't get to try most items because I saved room for the meats but next time I will just be getting the salad bar for lunch. At $10.99 it is the deal of the day. The personnel working there are industrious and friendly but quickly cleaning the tables and making sure you are getting everything you need. So many items need mentioning that were so good but I'll let you stop here and discover this place for yourself. You won't be sorry!

The best Brazilian steakhouse I have been to! Definitely try the chicken wings, garlic tenderloin and shrimp. Garlic bread melts in your mouth, grilled pineapple, and rice pudding was worth the price alone. Wendy sat us right away and checked on us continuously. Overall 10/10

This restaurant was the main reason we visited the city. The staff are always great, fast to get refills and take away the dirty dishes. You can not eat faster than the food comes rolling out. Our family has never visited the actual buffet as the servers keep the food coming! Everything is so delicious, tasty, and well prepared! Sadly we live in Michigan and we drive the 7 hours a couple times year! We absolutely love this restaurant!

First time here and loved it. Food was great and the staff was very attentive. If you get the dinner option they’ll bring meats to your table until you tell them to stop - hard to keep up with it all. We will definitely be coming back!

My first time eating here. I have dined at Texas De Brazil several times in the past year, but never tried this local restaurant. I enjoyed the options on their salad bar better here. The food also has a sweeter flavor, which I enjoyed. I will be back to try this place again soon.

The food here was amazing. It was my first experience with food being served directly to your table and it was amazing. The food was hot and fresh and absolutely delicious. The staff were all friendly and the service was amazing. Amazing price for the quality and quantity of food. The grilled pineapple and Brazilian stew were delicious. I highly recommend eating here.

We ordered take out from Rio De Grill for the first time today. We had heard nothing but good things from several friends about the place, and when we found out they did online ordering and take out, we had to give it a try.

We got the dinner box, the fried corn, and the crab salad. Everything was well cooked and delicious. The dinner box is one of the best values I've seen in the area. Being able to get a sample of most of the meats on the menu for $19.99 (at the time of this review) is just an incredible deal in my opinion. This allows you to find the things on the menu you like best without having to commit to a single item. I'd absolutely recommend this if you haven't been here before.

The fried corn and the crab salad were both great appetizers. The crab salad has a nice, mild flavor that goes with pretty much any entrée. The fried corn is very good, just fried batter with sweet corn inside, but the flavor is very good.

Overall, I'd very much recommend Rio De Grill. We will definitely be back.

Very very good! Our waitress was very nice! This was our first time and everything was explained to us on how it works. We definitely will be back for more delicious food!! We highly recommend!!

Beautifully prepared and presented food!! If you like chicken hearts they will make them to order!! The garlic bread and the roasted pineapple are so amazing by themselves or paired with any of the tender meats offered!! The prices are a bit steep but worth it if you bring your appetite!! You won't be disappointed.

Have to rate this restaurant as spectacular. This restaurant is amazing. They do not exaggerate their food or service. Prices very reasonable. We had lunch bar and lunch with meats. Both were very good. Iced tea was excellent. 3 adults paid 52.00 for one of Charleston 's great places to eat. Dinner menu is higher in cost but food selections are increased. We will try that next.

My hubby and I just tried another place for lunch, but it was terrible. I was still hungry and saw this place. I had passed by Rio's many times, always meaning to try it someday... so swung in having no idea what so ever to expect. It seems pretty basic from the outside.
Walking in, I was pleased to see a very nice salad bar of good size right in the middle. We were seated right away by a very friendly young lady, who then explained how dining worked here. You can enjoy just the salad bar, for a reasonable price, or enjoy the Brazilian Steakhouse feature. Meaning, you still get the lovely salas bar, but also they bring out all kinds of different meats to your table! I tried grilled shrimp, chicken, beef roasts, tenderloins, prime rib, pork roast, spar ribs, lamb roast and more!!! Everything was absolutely delicious!! Fresh and dipping with juice as they carved it for you right at the table!! I was so pleased, and sooo stuffed!! We already have plans to go back next week! I can't wait!!

Miss ZOEY was super attentive and supremely helpful during our meal! She made us laugh and made sure we had a fantastic time!!! Come eat, and ask for ZOEY; she is the BEST!!! the cooks are soTALENTED!!! Food is always good here! It's dark inside so be prepared, but beautifully decorated and elegant! 26.99 dinner a person. Worth it.

Excellent value for the price. I've eaten at several high-end Brazilian steak houses and this one is very close if not better, dollar for dollar.

Okay, so this place is excellent enough that I’m pausing from eating my dinner to comment on it. The staff was extremely friendly upon my arrival, even considering that I came in at a half hour to close on a Saturday night two days before Christmas. I was seated and they explained everything to me as I hadn’t been in here before. It’s a Brazilian steakhouse, so you get a wooden block to flip over (one side red, the other green) to let them know when you do or do not want more meat. Within 60 seconds of turning over the block, a waiter with a skewer of bacon wrapped shrimp and another with sausages came to my table and offered them to me. I’ve eaten over half of the menu options for the dinner buffet, plus gotten a plate at the salad bar, and it’s currently after closing and they continue to ask me if I’d like anything else. Also important to note is that this isn’t out-of-date cube steaks from the local grocery store, for roughly $30.00 I’ve eaten sirloin steak, prime rib, filet mignon, lamb shoulder, grilled shrimp, and more and they don’t limit the quantity either. They have a full service bar that has drink specials throughout the week, some of which include 14 oz domestic drafts for $0.99! All in all, I will be back every chance I get!

We had never tried one of these restaurants and found it a fun experience. I ate from the salad bar but others in the party tried the full menu. Everyone reported satisfaction with their food.

Nice Brazilian BBQ items with salad bar. I like lamb, prime rib, shrimp, and garlic bread. Good food and value / price.

This is a perfect in everything restaurant with an excellent staff. I was so stuffed could hardly walk out. The spare rib and brisket were my favorites but everything tastes great, not to mention there seafood bisque is SLAMMIN'!
